"Definitely wouldn’t give this place 4 stores. Very expensive and dated. My husband and I visited over the weekend, and were very disappointed. The rooms were very expensive and we just had a standard room, which was fairly dated, mould around the bath in the bathroom, and no free water on arrival provided, like you receive in other hotels, WiFi was poor, not connecting overly well. It was a very warm weekend when we visited, and unfortunately as it’s now winter months, the hotel had turned off their air-con and were heating the rooms, it was absolutely ridiculous, the room was like a sauna and we were advised to just “open the balcony door”. Parking was also very expensive, if you want to park at the hotel it’s €18 a night, or you can park a short walk away, which is €9 a night."

Flop: windows are not well soundproofed! The shower is outside the shower cabin and therefore after shower the half bathroom under water!"

"Great hotel, good food, good service, excellent location and amazing beach!! For sure we will go back next year. The hotel in itself is great. We booked a suite with garden and it was perfect. Pool is really nice, always have sunbeds available, not very crowded. They provide you with towels. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and had full board. We were concerned about the food but it was perfect. Never got bored nor had the need to go eat outside of the hotel to get away. A lot of variety and always something to eat. The service at the restaurant was very good too. The best part is the beach, definitely amazing. The kids club is great and the animators take very good care of the kids. The bellboys are also VERY VERY NICE, always smiling and asking if you need something. If they were to be paid by number of smiles they would be millonaires! There is one thing that was a big disappointment. We went to the spa as we could leave the kid at the kids club for an hour and make the most. However, they do not have cabins for couples! In the hundreds of hotels I have travelled to across the globe it is the first time a hotel of this level does not have cabins for couples. It is a pity as due to that we did not use the message service of the spa. The location is very calm with nothing nearby, so it is great to relax but boring if you want loads of life outside of the hotel. We will go back next summer!! "

"Overall, we liked it. But if I look at certain things individually, there's room for improvement. The menu inside the restaurant is good in terms of price, but on one occasion they ran out of one of the ingredients (York ham). They didn't tell us, and we paid the price listed on the menu for the whole thing. When we noticed, we told the staff, and the response was neither efficient nor reasonable. "I don't make the menus." First, not making a menu doesn't mean the kitchen doesn't follow the ingredients list. Second, the mistake should be acknowledged immediately, and excuses about not having ham should not be made when it's listed on the menu. Third, a solution should be sought; the customer shouldn't be expected to provide one. And fourth, if a solution isn't offered, and the customer's suggestion is reasonable and makes perfect sense, there shouldn't be any murmuring from the kitchen. If an ingredient is missing, a better one is arranged. If that's not possible, an apology is offered, and a similar ingredient is added, but no inappropriate comments are ever made… it's important to emphasize that the customer wasn't at fault. On the other hand, there aren't enough sun loungers at the small pools. The pools aren't very clean. The morning café staff is professional and friendly. Some of the women have light hair, and another has dreadlocks. But the evening staff leaves something to be desired. There's a very nice cleaning lady who's always ready to help; she has very short hair. The reception staff are friendly, pleasant, and professional."
