The hotel is very good, the only drawback is that the city is too small, there is no Uber or taxi, you can only call a transportation company car, there are not many options. There is a Pizza Hut opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. It is located in the city center.

Just about everything at this property was great. The breakfast was very well maintained and the attendant even came table-to-table to make sure everyone had what they needed. Best of all, the pancake machine worked, and they don't at many HHI locations. Indoor pool was fantastic. The temperature was just right and very clean. The outdoor sitting area was literally like sitting in your home back yard. So quiet and peaceful for being in downtown Olean. Also a ton of charging stations if you drive a hybrid or electric vehicle. Hotel and our room was very clean. Our only issue is that the molding along the floor in the bedroom was loose and coming off, and behind it was a lot of water damage including what looked like black mold. The wall was even soft toward the floor. Room definitely has had recent water damage that needs to be addressed ASAP. If not for that, we would have had no issues.

Unexpected visit
My husband was in the hospital ER and I needed a place to stay for the night. It was an unexpected visit. However, the room was very nice and I was able to rest easy.
