Needs cleaning

If I could give 0 stars I would!! STAY AWAY!! Worse than terrible. Room had peeling join on roof, freezer in fridge didn’t work properly. Dirt around skirting on floor, mould in shower, spare blanket put on bed had dried blood and other suspect stains. To top it off power went off at 1am to 6.30am and had no running water and couldn’t even flush toilets!! And turns out it was a scheduled outage and they knew about it and had multiple chances to tell us when we booked in advance and even on check in!! Rang them early in the morning and told them about it and said they’d look into it and then just hung up and never rang back. All the outdoor tables and chairs were filthy and unusable too and the pool shown i. Photo’s was apparently empty as well. Our other family members suite had other suspect stains on carpet around bed too. Absolutely disgusting. We left at 6.30am and there were others doing the same. Stay Away!!!

I Haven't been to the Renmark Country Club yet. I was going to go but had a hell of a time trying to cancel my booking. I will never ever go through a booking agent again. The fricken run-around I got to cancel my booking was a nightmare. Also why is it I cannot book direct with the golf club.??? never again.

My husband and I had a very sore back after sleeping in the bed. Terrible saggy mattress, so terribly sagged from years of overuse. The lounge chairs have the vinyl peeling off and look atrocious. still holding pride of place since 1990 I imagine (Sorry no pics on that one). The outdoor setting at our room was covered in spider webs dirt and had some bird excrement over it. At over $100 a night my advise is STAY AWAY. There are plenty of other better more affordable accommodation options in Renmark. upon checkout I showed management the bed and was told they were very sorry and agreed it was not acceptable. I was advised that they would get back to me on a possible reimbursement. Two days later I called the RCC back and was told someone will contact me before 2pm the next day. Well 3pm came, no call... so I called them back and was told there was nothing wrong with the mattress. I then reminded them how I showed her the mattress and asked her if she would sleep on it and the answer was no she would not. I then asked why I should have to pay over $100 for such appalling lodgings. The answer i received was I am so sorry... Over and over again. STAY AWAY The place is so run down and nothing like the pics. Well the room we had was. Our Stay 31/01/2025

Bed was broken and uncomfortable. Back door wouldn't open and there was a strong smell of bio when I checked in.
