Room is spacious and comfortable. The location is pretty good. It’s very close to JR station and a lot of eateries and department stores.

Hotel is conveniently located, you can choose to walk above or underground. Room was very very spacious, loved it. Only issue with the room is that you’ll be able to hear the train station announcements which happen very frequently, but it was not a problem for me.

Awesome service, I have mistakenly booked a family room where smoking was permitted. Hotel has kindly move us to two separate non smoker room during the busy weekend period Hotel is opposite the jr station and above big camera, plenty restaurants close by

We stayed here for one night. The location is excellent. Right next the Okayama JR station, exactly above Bic Camera. The room is very spacious. The bed is comfortable with fluffy duvets. We all had a good night sleep.

Location is perfect as the hotel is connected to the Okayama station by underground passage. Bicamara store is also directly below the hotel reception and can be accessed by escalator. Breakfast is poor. It’s a half buffet with six main dish choices. The dish portion is tiny (comes with huge chinaware though) and tastes poor. The buffet includes just the bare minimum. The room is fine. Spacious but smells moldy. In short: great location, good for a quick rest.

Hotel is old and needs a substantial upgrade. Room is big but not clean thoroughly. Can see hair on bed sheets. Breakfast is okay. I would choose another one in my next trip to Okayama.

Some pillow cases were stained with blood. Location was good and it was 1-2 mins walk from the train station. There's also a BIC camera store downstairs which proved convenient if you want to buy electronics.

Great hotel. Really close to Okayama Station. Staff is helpful.

Room is spacious. Location is super. Only complain is I forgotten to give my bag for storage, the counter staff was bringing my 2 luggages into the storage room. so I followed her in to pass to her. I understand I should not go in to the storage area but she could have just tell me nicely instead of pushing me out. Unlike how most Japanese behaves.

Good location and it is quite near Aeon shopping mall. Good toothbrush and free bottle of water provided in room. The floor plan is large and you may walk a long way to and from the evaluator.
