Maple Leaf Motel & RV Resort

We just returned from our annual stay at this Motel. We have stayed there for over 27 years and looked forward to it every next. However, the Motel was taken over by new owners in 2022 and since that time it has gone downhill. We stayed for 4 nights and at no time did anyone come to clean our room or bring in new towels. It wasn't until the day before we were checking out that I questioned this and was told they don't go into the rooms. If we need service, we need to ask. Perhaps this should have been mentioned when checking in. The shower had no pressure, the room was not clean, and the dishes needed to be re-washed before we could use them. We were very disappointed and unfortunately we will no longer be staying here. The previous owners were amazing and the Motel was always fully booked. Now there is an abundance of vacancy. Not surprised...

Cramped The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was the smallest hotel room ive ever stayed in. I will not be going back.

Amazing place to settle in with a young family. Staff were accommodating to our late check in and out needs, neat lawn games, wonderfully relaxing pool. Some features like airconditioning were a little noisy, but certainly kept us cool. We will definitely be back next year!

Great basic budget motel. This is a perfect home base for a couple to wine tour in the Oliver area. It’s an older motel that has been renovated. We had a room with a full kitchen that allowed us to have a leisurely breakfast in the morning. There is highway noise out front but very quiet in the bedroom. For the time of year we stayed the rates were very good for the area.

The motel is convenient, quiet and clean. The pool and garden are kept pristine. Anytime I'm in the area, I always stay here.

When I initially booked this online the rooms looked really nice , especially the ones that had the kitchenette. Upon arrival I was disappointed that the air conditioning only had two low speeds and there was no air conditioning in the bedroom .. the bathroom is really small.. like you can’t even get in there without closing the door , or barely even closing the door at all. tub was outdated as well maybe some indication of potential mould around the window, no fan to turn on in the bathroom so your left opening up a window and letting the hot air in. Not overly impressed to say and I will definitely not return anytime in the future. Super disappointed overall , out dated rooms, outdated hotel. But if you are okay with spending 500.00 for three nights with crappy air conditioning in hot weather then I suppose that’s okay.
