Nice place to stay and great breakfast

The room stunk like old cigarettes and dirty smell. Bedspread had cigarette burns. The only lounge chair was really disgusting dirty. I had to throw towels over it so I could sit comfortably. Sink plumbing fell off like it was corroded. Coffee pot didn’t work when I asked for another they brought me a dirty one like if he just pulled from storage. Needless to say I didn’t use it. I won’t be staying there anytime soon.

Great place it has an indoor pool and small golf course the staff is so great accommodating to anything you need. Family oriented and there is a dive bar connected to the hotel. It’s super cute.

The whole hotel was dirty as hell. It smelled as soon as you walked in. Our room was disgusting. Nothing was clean, the bathroom door was falling apart, one of the walls in the room had water damage to it and the whole wall would move. We didnt ask for a room change cause everything in the hotel was dirty. We were only there 1 night. Also the hotel has a bar that is part of the amenities when you reserve room. My sister in law and i tried to go to the bar and they wantes to charge for entry even though we were guest at the hotel... hell no.

Best Value under $100 out the door in Midland and Odessa and in the USA! Friendly and helpful staff. The GM/Owner is one of the hardest working managers I have seen in over 1000 hotel stays globally. Good team and willing to make things hospitable and comfortable. Motel 6 price , ramada quality. Solid 2 star plus...hotels over $200 in Odessa don't come close. upgrade to inside pool views if you don't mind not having a window otherwise Southside upper floor rooms.

Property wasn’t the issue. ******* is the issue! After the Property Owner refunded 6 days of my stay, ******* never sent it to me, never reached out to me, and did not have any answers over the 4 times I reach out to them to get answers. As a business owner, I will personally make it my mission and make it known that ******* has the worst customer service out there. I will never book with them again. This happened to me at 3 separate properties, 3 issues, employees left stranded, refusal to send refunds, refusal to work with me. The only common factor was F-ups by *******! BBB going to love this one!
