"What an amazing place! We arrived 2 hours early, but Frederico was so obliging and had our beautiful room ready in 15 mins for us. The complex is absolute heaven, with a beautiful pool, hammocks under orange trees where you can pick the oranges and eat them fresh and various birds singing in the private grounds. Our evening meal was a short walk (15mins) to the nearby village, where Frederico had kindly booked us a small restaraunt. Breakfast was incredible with fresh produce and lovely coffee. We travel a lot and this place blew us away. If I could give 6/5 I would. Thank you Frederico...Ruth & Rob"

"We had a lovely time here and would have awarded 5 stars if it weren't for the disappointing, over-priced and over-hyped restaurant. We had high hopes having eaten very well at a connected restaurant (Tasco do Celso in Milfontes) but this falls well short. (nb However the breakfast in the main building is lovely!) So - highly recommended as a place to stay but only eat breakfast there - plenty of good restaurants in Milfontes - we particularly enjoyed À Fateixa."

"The ideal place to unwind! Somewhat secluded in the rural countryside, beautifully situated, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with large, lovely rooms, a beautiful terrace with a pool, and very comfortable beds. A very peaceful setting. The warm hospitality deserves special mention. There's no restaurant (except for breakfast), but you can bring your own food, use the kitchen, and eat in the large, attractive, living-room-like common room. The two dogs are very friendly and roam freely. We immediately felt at home, slept perfectly, and didn't want to leave."

"I absolutely loved Tres Marias! we arrived there after a long journey in Portugal, and our eyes were immediately pleased even while we were driving there: the place is surrounded by stunning nature and tranquillity! once we arrived, the stuff was so sweet and welcoming! The room was just lovely, clean and bright. Super comfy bed :)- We had dinner there and the food was really delicious, as well as the breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool that allows also to have a nice swim. They have 2 ostriches and 2 mules. They were so sweet as we love animals. At night, the landscape reminds of an african savannah... I really loved it. If you are looking for a relaxing spot with good taste decoration and excelllent food, this is the place for you :)"
