Suburban Studios Orlando - Ocoee-Winter Garden

I stayed at Winter Garden for three nights, and overall it was an excellent experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and well-kept, with modern décor and a comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The hotel amenities were impressive — the pool area was relaxing, the gym was well-equipped, and the on-site restaurant served fresh, flavorful meals at reasonable prices. Housekeeping was consistent, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. One of the biggest strengths. It’s right off International Drive, very close to Universal Orlando and other attractions. The atmosphere was refreshing and breathtaking and great time to relax and unwind. It has a quiet environment and the customer service was just absolutely amazing and friendly

We have been housing our employees here for a couple of months. Our guys like it here - the staff and Carlos the manager is super friendly and always accommodating. Carola G Is always helpful and greetings me by name when i call. This is our 1st experience with suburban extended stay and we are very satisfied.

Marcela checked us in and she was super gracious and helpful. We had booked the wrong dates and she was able to change the dates to the correct ones with no extra charge. Amazing. Rooms are large with a sink and counter and large fridge. Plus the bathroom is good. Very clean. And the AC was on when we got here so that was a blessing.

Marcela was very friendly and helpful even though we only stayed one night she made sure we had everything we needed. We extended our stay so wr needed a laundry room which she gladly provided.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Ashley during my recent stay at Suburban Studios Orlando - Ocoee/Winter Garden, and I can confidently say she made my experience significantly better. As the night team clerk, Ashley was not only welcoming and professional, but also genuinely kind and helpful. She greeted me with a warm smile despite the late hour and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and stress-free. Ashley was attentive to detail, quick to answer questions, and made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable for the night. We need more people like her in the world thank you Ashley

I had a truly wonderful experience at Suburban Studios Orlando - Ocoee/Winter Garden during my stay in July 2025. From the moment I arrived, the space felt safe, peaceful, and clean but what made it even more memorable was the incredible hospitality I received from Ms. Ashley. Ms. Ashley works nights, and every single evening she made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Whether it was answering questions with a smile or simply being present and attentive, her calm, professional, and friendly demeanor made all the difference. She genuinely went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Also, I have to mention the pillows they are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt! I slept like a baby every night, and it really made the trip feel like a much needed reset. Thank you again to the team, and especially Ms. Ashley, for making my time here so pleasant. I will absolutely be back!
