I really enjoyed my stay at Suburban Studios in Ocoee/Winter Garden. My King Room was clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable, I slept so well every night. Everyone I met there was kind and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Carola at the front desk stood out the most. She was warm, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I also got to meet the manager, Carlos, who was very professional and welcoming. You can tell he really cares about the guests and the hotel. Overall, it was a great place to stay comfortable, quiet, and the staff made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town.

I stayed at the Suburban Studios on International Drive for a few nights. The location is its biggest strength — you’re just ~1.5 miles from Universal Studios, with lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby.  The room came with a small kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, stovetop) which was quite handy for light meals.  The hotel also offers free WiFi, free parking, and an outdoor pool.  That said, the condition was hit or miss. Some guests reported peeling paint, stained linens, uneven housekeeping (rooms maybe cleaned weekly), and some outdated bathrooms.  In one instance a guest described the pool being “run down” or nonfunctional, and feeling uneasy about the area.  Overall, for the price it’s acceptable if you prioritize location and are okay with modest accommodations — you’ll want to manage your expectations.

I took a solo trip into the Suburban Studios in Ocoee / Winter Garden. It was a recommendation from my friends so I had to come and try it out. Cleanliness, property upkeep, and staff service scores tend to be fairly strong and intact the building is refreshing , with amenities that are always well maintained. the location is decent for those wanting central access to Orlando’s attractions,and the staff was very helpful and friendly all throughout my stay.

I stayed at Winter Garden for three nights, and overall it was an excellent experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and well-kept, with modern décor and a comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The hotel amenities were impressive — the pool area was relaxing, the gym was well-equipped, and the on-site restaurant served fresh, flavorful meals at reasonable prices. Housekeeping was consistent, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. One of the biggest strengths. It’s right off International Drive, very close to Universal Orlando and other attractions. The atmosphere was refreshing and breathtaking and great time to relax and unwind. It has a quiet environment and the customer service was just absolutely amazing and friendly

We have been housing our employees here for a couple of months. Our guys like it here - the staff and Carlos the manager is super friendly and always accommodating. Carola G Is always helpful and greetings me by name when i call. This is our 1st experience with suburban extended stay and we are very satisfied.

Check in seemed a bit difficult as receptionist was hard to understand her English( guessing she was Hispanic). We were a bit surprised to have to pay $3.50 more for “city tax”-seems like usually all taxes are added in when purchasing on line.?..room was basically nice but floor was filthy!
