Hampton Inn by Hilton Ocoee Orlando

Everything better then expected

My mom and I have stayed in different Hampton hotels over the years and this specific Hampton Inn was very, very nice. This was also our first time staying in Ocoee as well. We stayed overnight and we had a very pleasant stay. The manager David was the one who checked us in and he was very, very pleasant along with the assistant manager that was working with him as well. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean, as well as the grounds as well, and all the common areas as well. If my mom and I are ever back that way, we wouldn't mind staying here again.

I’m a diamond member and this was my first time at this Hilton Hampton Inn hotel and I can’t say how disappointed I was. I recently stayed 31 days at Hampton Inn & Suites that was the same age as this hotel about 14 months old in the Houston area (Shenandoah, Tx. ) that was spotless, breakfast was always plentiful even at 10:00 am with an awesome staff and housekeeping. So you could imagine my dismay upon arriving at this location and once in my room I immediately see dirt piled up in corners, along with a wine bottle cork and a bathroom that looked to have never been cleaned. The shower stall floor was black and embedded. (bring ur shower shoes) The shower door track from one side the other had old soap and crime caked up. I could continue with the entire hotel including lobby bathroom and hall carpets. Evening front desk staff was beyond helpful but the next morning that person wasn’t very pleasant. I went to breakfast at 9:30 and there were 4 pieces of sliced greasy sausages and none was ever added. I grabbed a cup of coffee and left. Will not be visiting again.

This is the 3rd time that I'm staying here. I like to clearest, the close to the office I'll go for meetings. I love the late checkout. Most hotels checkout time is at 10 or 11 am. This one is at 12 noon. Very friendly. Beds are soft and clean. 100% recommend. Thanks again.

The staff was extremely friendly, the facilities very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and spotless. Highly recommend this hotel!
