I stayed here because I was attending a wedding and the hosts blocked space for family & friends. So disappointed, way overpriced with nothing to offer but a bed, did not even include a cup of coffee never mind a breakfast. The first morning was chaos at the breakfast place in the lobby where you can buy an overpriced breakfast item, there wasn't enough staff to take the orders and then they ran out of coffee. Guests were just walking out after putting in an order that never arrived. There even was an altercation with a guest and staff member. My cousins waited 90 minutes for a cup of coffee. I did get a small credit the 2nd morning when I expressed to the hotel how frustrating it was to get a cup of coffee. They shut down that cafe so early and there is no place to walk to even if you wanted to eat something. The room was oddly set up and awkward. They advertise a "Market" where you can purchase snacks, etc..what a joke, the "Market" is a vending machine in the lobby. It seemed like no one was going out of their way to make your stay pleasant. They took "hospitality" out of their vocabulary. When you travel far you kind of expect a vacation type experience from a hotel with no stress or worries, this was not that place.
