The outdoor patio area is equipped with a pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, wet bar, BBQ and an outdoor fire place, perfect for entertaining or to enjoy with your family. Inside you will find a gourmet kitchen with new chef quality appliances and beautiful décor throughout. The house can sleep most any group with two cal king beds, three queen beds and one queen sofa sleeper. The garage area allows parking for up to 2 vehicles, but for guests without a vehicle, you will find that it is an easy walk to many local hot-spots, restaurants and beaches.

A perfect home for four families with toddlers. We loved the pool and the yard for hanging out. The inside is very spacious - we could all spread out when we wanted to. Laurie was so helpful and accessible. Thanks for the great stay!

Cannot say enough about our stay at this property. Laurie is an incredible host. She is responsive and very accommodating. The house itself was extremely comfortable for our week with extended family group of 12 which allows you to spread out nicely. They have everything you need from housewares, to pool toys and endless beach equipment which was great for us coming from the east coat. We would definitely stay again at this awesome Oceanside property.

We were a group of ten, six adults and four kiddos. August 2-9th. The house was even better than expected! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the grass area on the side yard was used every evening for corn hole tournaments. The bedrooms were well appointed, all with comfortable beds. The master bedroom was very comfortable, we slept well every night listening to the ocean. The kitchen was perfect for some home cooked meals, it was well stocked and there were plenty of wonderful restaurants near by as well.We all enjoyed our stay very much. Many wonderful memories made for our family. We hope to be back next summer! Thank you Laurie!

Spectacular property
We had a wonderful week-long stay here. Just me and my four teens. This place is a dream house for teenagers who love to play and alsowant some privacy. The options for activities are endless and accessible. The host was so attentive and kind. I would come here again without hesitation.

Awesome Retreat!
A very spacious house, so comfortable for celebrating my son’s graduation from college. Laurie even gave us a grad welcome gift! A very comfortable layout for everyone to have their own space. I would come back !

Girls trip
We had the BEST time! Laurie was amazing; she had a welcome gift for the group and for the bride who we were celebrating on this trip. She was available for any questions, the house was ADORABLE, and it was so nice being close to restaurants and coffee shops!

Best family vacation ever!
Words cannot do justice to the splendor of this house and the family fun we had here! We stayed for a week and bonded like never before! The kids loved the warm pool and the grassy yard was fun for games. The inside has lots of areas so everyone has a place to gather.The bedrooms are also so ample that everyone had their own private space and we are a big family! The location is fabulous and Laurie the host was just incredible! We can’t wait to return!
