The hotel is kinda old , but overall the stay was great. Good location, comfortable bed and very nice staff. Breakfast was okay as well.

Terrible room, ac was broken, toe nails and dead maggots behind the night stand, shower head is rusty and old, wall was covered in markings, hair and crud all over the bed, and toilet doesn't sound right. All they have for lights are lamps also the elevator smells like French fries and sweat, the rest of the hotel just smells like chlorine just do not buy.

This room was terrible. We walk in n the lobby looks nice but don't get fooled to quick because walking the hall ways you see everyone's door all bused up and it has a weird smell. We got to our room and we notice the bedding has stains ( which because of it in the morning it made me break out badly) and the ac didn't work, it was literally hanging off the wall. Shower head was rusty and didn't work properly, toilet didn't work properly either. We saw other reviews and one person said they had bed bugs behind a night stand. We pull out our night stand and low and behold there they were dead bed bugs, maggots and even toe nail clippings. Walls were all scratched and had black streaks. We got an ocean view and it was covered by trees. Absolutely no ocean to look at. The balcony was covered in cobwebs with spiders still hanging out. They had one rusty patio chair that looked like it was barely hanging on. Don't fall for the 5 star review at all. Dont make the same mistake we did. Do not come!! What you see in the photos are all fake, I warn you!

Don’t Do It! Stayed here on roadtrip down the Pacific Coast. Most Expensive and worst hotel on our trip. Dirty. Felt unsafe. Could barely see the Ocean. Staff was unfriendly and hard to understand. I rarely leave reviews but don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake that we did.

We had stayed here a few years ago so we just booked it and headed out.. This place is now the worst run down place I have ever stayed in.. sliding doors to the balcony were broken. After literally 8 minutes to get hot water, the Shower diverter valve did not work . Carpets so dirty I didn’t dare walk with bare feet. The furniture is rickety and filthy.. WI-FI did not work and the front desk could not have been more indifferent.. The side and rear entry doors had no locks. The TV did not work. The breakfast room was so full of fruit flies from the rotten fruit on the counter everything was covered with flies. The building is in complete disrepair… But hey.. the linens were clean.. there is that..
