The rooms all need to new furniture and beds. The floors were so dirty that we could not take off your shoes. The furniture was so gross to look at that we did not sit on them. As for the beds if you like to sleep in the middle of the bed great, but if you are a couple they were the worst beds ever. The fireplace did not work. It was the worst trip ever to the ocean for my family.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay here. Hotel was clean, people were friendly and room was very comfortable and great layout. Bed was a little too firm for me, but no big deal. Breakfast was great with a lot of options as well. Ocean Shores was mellow and quaint, just what we needed for a weekend getaway. Will definitely return!
The service was terrible. I did not get an ocean view room, they put us in a pet room that smelled like dog shit,the pool jucuzxi and sauna were broken. The whole building was under construction. Men staring and whistling at my daughters , dirty men with hammers and saws. The lady’s at the desk would not give eye contact and when they did they rolled their eyes. They said” it’s too bad that you have that room that’s because you used trip.com” “ you get what you get”. I have never stayed in such a place where the staff felt like they can abuse the costumers. I would like my money refunded or a voucher to stay somewhere else or I will never use this again . We also called the costumer service we booked from in line and they said “ sorry we cannot help you”
