My wife and I stayed at Collins Inn, Wine Room end of September for one night, then again for two nights 3rd weekend of October in the Sonora Room. The Inn is beautiful, clean and has good amenities, My wife always brings sheets form home as she never trusts the cleanliness of bedding. This is the only place where she feels safe to use the bedding. As we visited in the off season, weather is cool and wet, the fire place is not only romantic but provides additional heating. Floors are heated so easy to walk on barefooted. Showers are king size. They are very responsive to text messages or any in person questions, or during normal business hours. Highly recommend

This B&B stood out as the best option during our research. The surrounding is very peaceful. The room is exactly as it is advertised on the website. The highlight is sitting in the big tub, enjoying a cup of coffee and watching all the deers grazing outside of our window. While we appreciate the selection of fruits, granola bars, instant oatmeal and muffins on the landing in the hallway, we were surprised by the packaged microwavable breakfast in the refrigerator. We wonder if this is the residual effect of the pandemic. One of the highlights of staying at a B&B is having a homemade breakfast, however simple. It would have been lovely to be in the beautiful dining room downstairs and have a sit down breakfast. Nonetheless, we appreciate the hospitality extended to us by the inn keepers Rose and Jim.

My husband and I love staying at the cottages with our 2 dogs. We have been going for the last 10 + years. The cottages are perfect for a nice long weekend or if you are lucky enough to stay longer. You are close to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. It's a fun place to spend with your family especially the furry ones. Thank you Rose & jim for a wonderful place to stay and make memories. I definitely recommend the Collins Inn Ocean shores !!

STAY here! You won’t be disappointed.
This little Inn exceeded our expectations! It sits along the shore and is as unique on the outside as it is on the inside. It’s really a beautiful curated home with a decor that takes your breath away. We stayed in the Wine room and enjoyed the comfortable bed, huge bath and shower, and little kitchenette area full of treats for the stay and your morning coffee before getting back on the road.
