This condo is loaded with comforts and amenities including quick, easy check-in with code on the door (no key required), air-conditioning, high-speed Internet (WiFi), enjoy 2 large 60" flat-screen High Definition cable TVs, DVD player, elevator, one reserved parking space, one guess space (non-guaranteed space, first come first serve, you can park on the road around the premise). This property has the sleeping arrangements necessary to accommodate up to 6 people. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfy couch, chairs, a large 60" flat-screen television—the couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The dining room has a dining table that can sit 8 people. The bedroom has a full over full bunk bed (sleeps 4) and a full bed (sleeps 2), and a large 60” flat-screen television. The sliding balcony doors provide fantastic ocean views and allow plenty of natural light. You can view the Ocean and hear the sound of the wave from the living/dining room. An open floor plan that makes entertaining family and friends is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week or just a few days! We gladly welcome you to bring your furry family member(s) up to two house-trained and well-behaved dogs or cats to our unit year-round to enjoy the beach and boardwalk with a one-time Pet Fee of $50 per stay. However, please note that per Ocean City’s pet policy and regulation, dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk from May 1 to September 30. They are permitted between October 1 and April 30. Unattended pets must be crated.
