Despite some people disliking this place, I decided to try it. I was going to book it on TripAdvisor, but I was on my bike, and didn’t want to stop, take my helmet off, etc. I was lucky I did not, since the motel had posted a lower price ( 54.99) than the reservation price out on their sign. ( I suspect that the price was only good for solo travelers, and was higher for couples and families) The room was quite adequate, and pretty clean. The pool was nice looking, and well used, There were a few people smoking dope somewhere close, and a few drinking at the outdoor tables, but none were very loud. The rooms were overall quiet with the doors closed. Staff were cordial and accommodating. Breakfast was ok, coffee was better than average. Overall, I recommend it. Overall, not a bad place to stop.

THIS PLACE GIVES AWAY YOUR ROOM!!!!!My flag football team signed a contract with this hotel and paid in advance and they gave EVERY single one of our rooms away and left us stranded 2 hours away from home. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable… They even did it to the softball team that came around the same time and apparently they also gave away all their rooms away too.. Ya’ll can’t do this to people it’s so unprofessional…

After a "sour" last stay at this location, I want to thank Destiny Lefler for giving us a room with the quality we were used to before. All the goods were in the room, it was and smelled clean, organized looked good. Thank you!

Very nice Ho Jo... Clean well maintained and great access off interstate. Breakfast was nicely adequate. Very friendly staff. Beds are like new & comfortable good towels. Used to have one in my home town in Worthington, but it closed years ago. Glad to see this one thriving. They should try to find historical photos from guests & years ago to put up in their lobby and dinner room.

This hotel is budget-friendly, but unfortunately, it comes with unwanted guests—cockroaches. The location is fairly convenient, and the overall appearance of the hotel is decent, but the pest issue is a major drawback. While the room itself was acceptable in terms of cleanliness and amenities, I quickly noticed cockroaches, which made my stay uncomfortable. It’s clear that the hotel needs serious pest control measures to address this issue. No matter how affordable a stay is, cleanliness and hygiene should be a priority. Aside from that, the staff was polite, and check-in was smooth, but it didn’t make up for the discomfort of dealing with pests. If management took the necessary steps to fix this problem, this hotel could be a solid budget option. However, until then, I would think twice before booking again.
