First of all, the hotel is quite small and includes the lobby, the restaurant and the room itself. But more importantly, many things do not make sense. There is only one elevator in use (there is another one in the corner which is not in use), as a result, causing chaos in the rush hour. The public bath is so-called a natural hot springs but that is quite common in that area, it is open to the public so many local people use it. Upon the small restaurant, they also put a lot of unnecessary stuff to make the situation worse, e.g. they put an old engine (those you see in the museum), and the dinner table is just right next to it. In terms of service, the front desk people have very limited English ability but I notice that one of the female staff in the restaurant can speak fluently (she remind me to take out a cup of coffee in English). Honestly, it doesn't make sense.....

It was conveniently located near both Obihiro Station and the bus terminal. The room was compact but had everything you need and was comfortable, and the breakfast, which includes a half-buffet and can be chosen from four different options, was excellent. And the best thing was the quality of the free-flowing mall hot spring water in the basement. It was the best! It was also convenient that bath towels and towels were provided in the dressing room. There was also a massage machine and a YA-MAN hair dryer that could be used for free, which I felt was the hotel's thoughtfulness. I would like to stay here again when I go to Obihiro.

This time, I stayed here without meals. The selling point of this hotel is the 100% privately-sourced moor hot spring. It moisturized my skin and the slightly hot water felt great! It's about a 5-minute walk from Obihiro Station, and the bus from Tokachi Obihiro Airport stops nearby, so it's very convenient. The price is reasonable and there are many restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. Next time, I'd like to try the hotel's meals.

Good location, with paid parking spaces for the hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are well maintained and the hot spring is great! The breakfast is also very good I would like to stay here again next time if I have the chance

The mall hot springs were amazing! Conveniently located in front of Obihiro Station. The rooms were spacious. The building is a little old, but the hot springs are amazing, so if I go to Obihiro again, I'd definitely stay at this hotel!

The location is very close to the station, bus terminal convenience store, and Butadong Poncho. You can choose from 4 styles of breakfast and there is one staff member who speaks English well. The downside is that the hotel is small, so the rooms are small and the hot spring facilities are not as good as the local bathhouse.

The hot spring was a little hot, but it felt great. I was very pleased that they also provided luggage storage and bicycle rentals after check-out.

It is close to JR Station and Tokachi Bus Terminal, and the transportation is very convenient. It is billed as the only (or the earliest?) natural hot spring in Obihiro City. It is a bit similar to Yangmingshan Hot Spring with yellow color and slippery texture, but without the sulfur smell. It is my choice for this trip to Hokkaido. It's quite special. I originally made a reservation on the official website (what kind of membership do I need to join), but then I found out that Trip has it on sale (it is not available on other platforms). I was very happy to book two nights at the same affordable price as the official website. Breakfast includes Japanese, European and ********* styles, with unlimited access to the salad bar. The hotel also provides two free bicycles with baskets, which are very suitable for city roaming, whether riding to Maiyin for breakfast, or along the riverside bicycle lane Ride to Oihiro Jingu Shrine or Aikoku. All in all, a great choice of accommodation in Obihiro

It was very conveniently located near Obihiro Station. The bath was very nice. The breakfast was also delicious and very satisfying.

The hotel's hot springs are pure and clean. There are several breakfast styles to choose from. The breakfast location is warmly decorated. The service staff speak excellent English and have good service. They will keep coming to ask questions.

I've known this hotel for a long time, and it's since been renovated, so the rooms and large public bath are nice and clean. Automatic payment machines have also been installed. If possible, I would like the vending machines to be placed in easy-to-find locations on multiple floors, rather than just in the basement. Other than that, there were no issues and I had a pleasant stay.
