About 40min drive from Strasbourg with a lot cheaper prices than Strasbourg. Good Price for The room as well. Situated in a small town."

"My friends and I have just returned from a wonderful five day break at Landhotel Salmen near Oberkirch Germany. The staff and owners were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a picturesque village in the wine country and you can enjoy many great walks from the door. The restaurant is modern with a varied menu and the food was delicious. The breakfasts were exceptional. Our rooms were comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed the swimming pool too. I can thoroughly recommend the hotel"

"We've been here three times already, and this time was unfortunately the last! I have to revise my positive review from 2023! While I understand that there were Christmas parties in the building and the resulting stress for the staff... However, hotel guests shouldn't be forgotten and should be treated with respect and courtesy! Or they shouldn't accept any more guests, which is another option! After we politely inquired after 1 hour and 20 minutes when we could expect our food, the server became incredibly rude – we've never experienced anything like it, and it's completely unacceptable! This isn't a fast-food joint, but a relatively high-priced restaurant! It's all about the way you treat someone!"
