"The stay was really wonderful: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms and the entire hotel radiate the atmosphere of wellness, the wellness area is unique (the type of saunas we haven't seen before, including with a wooden wood and a bakery stick, we could relax super) and the food is excellent. As a Vegan, I was particularly pleased that there were not only milk alternatives here for breakfast, but also vegan butter and bread lift. The hotel is family friendly above all and has offers for day design. In short, we would like to stay longer because it feels like holidays. We're happy to come back!"

"My stay at the Explorer Hotel Oberstdorf from 1 to 3 August 2025 was great around. The location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers – beautiful environment and ideal starting point for walks and excursions. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. I particularly liked the design and sustainability concepts of the hotel. Breakfast was rich and delicious, with fresh regional products. The staff was friendly, helpful and accessible at any time. I can recommend the hotel in full and I'm happy to come back!"

"Our first stay in Ludwig Royal will certainly not be our last. The reason for this is the always friendly, premature and helpful team of the house. And the massage team was lonely top! There were the best massages we have been able to experience! The rooms were quiet and well equipped. However, you feel the teeth of time in our room, a renovation is certainly placed - salpeters traces on the wall behind the bathing door and broken floor parts on our balcony will be certainly removed. A grievous problem, however, was the instability of the Internet, which broke down at regular intervals, making a pleasant combination of relaxation and some communication work almost impossible. The restaurant did not open any wishes, very varied menu and great buffet selection. Whoever stands on Sous-vide meat preparation comes here full on his expense. In the meantime, a more cracked meat preparation would be a variety. The Spa and wellness area is very pleasant, a highlight to this is the outdoor park to relax in the green. The outdoor pool is rounding the overall very positive impression. We are happy to come back!"

"A absolute place of well-being! We were the first time in the winter in the starest and will certainly repeat it. Whoever likes it more modernly is well lifted in the big rooms. But we were in one of the unrenovated rooms in which the hutten feeling was just a class. It's not more cozy. And whatever extra wish we had, it was fulfilled to us. As a CED sick I always had extra wishes at eating and, exceptionally, I had no feeling to bear the kitchen with it. With the tops Plus card we could drive free in the Hundle Ski and even directly on the Starennest on our last holiday day. Class piste where you can almost go to the cafe and then enjoy a delicious hearty emperor marshmallow while the children continue the piste up and down dusts."

"The hotel looks very nice from the outside. It’s located in the middle of the village, and you can reach every destination from there. Our room was clean and spacious. They got a strange policy that you can chose not to have your room cleaned for environmental reasons. I’m familiar to have an option for not changing your towels, but not to leave out the whole room. The staff responsible for breakfast and the restaurant is overwhelmed with their tasks. A lot of running around that results in disappointing service. There’re better options available for a better price. The management is arrogant and didn’t give me the feeling that I was a welcome guest. When addressing the room cleaning policy issue, we received an arrogant and rude answer. I’m not paying to get insulted."
