"Had a really solid stay at this Marriott downtown. Three things stood out: The view from our room was awesome - great skyline views that made the stay feel special. Worth asking for a higher floor. The room was nice - clean, modern, and spacious. Everything was in good shape and felt updated. Good digs overall. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety, everything fresh, and they kept it well stocked. Actually worth getting up for. Staff was helpful and the downtown location worked great for getting around. Would definitely stay here again."

"The Hotel looked nothing like the photos on their website or Trip.com, when my daughter and I arrived there...I thought I was getting a room with double beds, turns out, their interpretation of double beds is one bed in the room. The room they assigned us was very frightening. The carpet was torn, stains on the wall, small TV's on the wall, maybe you will get a remote control or not, it's like scratching a scratch off to see what you will get. The first room, the remote control did not work, in the second room it did, and not to mention the TV was hung on the wall crooked so, you had to turn your head side ways to focus in on the TV. Just simply, a horrible experience! The hotel looks like they house homeless people there. The carpet smells like urine. The bathroom was okay, except in the bathtub there was rust near the drains. I instantly requested another room with two beds. The manager cooperated and was very nice, giving us another room. The room with double beds was a little better. However, in the closet it smelled like urine also, no body wash soap, neither was there hand soap, so you essentially had to bathe with shampoo. There was no parking garage, so you have to park on the streets and pray that your car windows didn't get busted out or get a ticket on your car. Last, just one or two blocks away, is homeless and drug activity on the streets. I would not recommend this hotel, until they improve their brand from the inside out."

"Don't go. I was scared to death. I didn't sleep all night. Take a taxi to the hotel in the evening When the driver drove nearby, he didn't dare to drive when he saw the streets full of garbage. The hall smells pockmarked You can hear strange noises coming from the corridor or next door at night I feel like that person is about to mutate. I was so scared that I didn’t even dare to open the door when I checked out. Don’t be fooled by the photos, it’s completely different from what you imagined. It should be a government relief housing. I advise Ctrip to review it carefully and cooperate with other hotels."

"Hotel is super nice BUT parking expensive. I parked at a meter at night and woke up at 7:58 to put two hours in meter!! Had to leave at 10:00 for airport!! Bed was comfy but hotel parking costs an arm and a leg!!!I would not stay here with a car again!!!"
