The hotel was very clean in and out. I truly enjoyed the night there. All necessary amenities ( refrigerator, safe, iron, microwave, coffee maker, multiple power outlets etc) were readily available in the room . The bed and sheets were great and comfortable. Hi 👋

Traveling with family. The advantages of this hotel are: the bed is very comfortable, the room is large, it is close to the lake, the scenery is nice, the location is OK, there is an outlet mall about 10 minutes drive away, but it is crowded after Christmas, and the waiting time for shopping is long. Disadvantages are: the room lighting is too dim, the heating is not hot at the beginning, it was freezing on the first day, and the hotel engineering staff came to fix it on the second day. The toilet is not very easy to use. Other things are OK. Service: The night we went, Luis and the white lady provided good service, especially Luis, who was considerate of the customers, and the African-American lady that night and the African-American lady the next morning provided particularly good service. The service of another waiter was average, sometimes not very friendly, and I hope it will improve. The room is big and clean, with a bathtub, next to a lake with birds and sunset. It's a half-hour drive from San Francisco. There are no homeless people, very safe, parking is $17.5. There is a ramen shop next to it, the ramen is delicious

When having breakfast, I found that there were not many people staying in the hotel. However, the lake view room I was given when checking in was at the corner of the lake, and half of the balcony faced the elevated road, which was a bit noisy.
