I hate leaving negative reviews, but it’s important for people to know that when they clean the rooms, they turn off the air to the room. When we arrived, the room hadn’t been used in at least two days, so the room was about 100 degrees when we arrived. We’ve been here with the AC cranked at (theoretically) 60 degrees for more than 30 minutes, and it’s still over 90. Asked about another room…all three similar rooms are the same…haven’t been cooled in several days. If we weren’t exhausted, I’d ask for a refund and go somewhere else. The room was clean, but nothing special. That’s why I gave it two stars instead of one. We stayed here last time we drove through and enjoyed the experience, but I’ve heard they’re under new management. We were going to stop here on our way back as well, but I can’t imagine going through this again. Sorry, Comfort Inn…you just lost all my future business.
