This hotel has not been kept up well at all. The room walls were dirty, had holes in them and needed repainted!
The shower/bath tub were not working properly!
The entire room was dirty, especially the bathroom where they had not even cleaned poop off of the toilet seat.
All of the furniture was dinged and beat up.
On a positive note, all of the workers we encountered were very nice, helpful and respectful. The location was also very nice, especially with the pond you could walk around.
We will definitely not be returning, though.

The hotel desperately needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. The bathroom shower door had soap scum/hardwater buildup from months/years of use. The track for the shower door was filthy...black mold and crud buildup. The tv didn't work well, channels were mislabeled and the remote was iffy. We requested the rooms be cleaned and fresh towels provided each day. Out of the 3 days, the room was serviced once. Although the bed was comfortable and the bedding was fresh, I couldn't help wonder if the mattress and carpeting were as nasty as the shower. We stayed there because of having had an excellent experience years ago, but the hotel hasn't aged well and hasn't been adequately maintained.

This place is a scam. There were stains under the mattresses The room smelled the floor was dirty The bathroom was filthy. I couldn’t even go in the shower. The guy on the front desk was rude Nancy had no respect in the pictures on the Internet was not real. It was all fake. when I walked into the room, the room was filthy it was old outdated everything was old and bad never coming here again they shouldn’t have Hilton on this property you never come here don’t even stop by zero stars

Hotel was fine, we stayed there for a wedding. It's certainly in a convenient location, lots of restaurants, etc in the immediate area. Onsite restaurant was good, no complaints. Seems like an older hotel, could definitely use an update. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Would probably stay there again when in the area.

I have been to many Hilton Garden Inns as well as Hampton Inns on my bike but this was the first time that I was threatened with towing if I didn’t move my bike from under front overhang. Plus, they decided to tell me after 8 pm. They could have told us earlier. Bikers beware. I am aware of fire lane restrictions but it was a large overhang and we didn't block the doors.

This is our "go to" property when in the Metro-East Area. The staff are always friendly and efficient plus the cleanliness of the hotel is on the upswing. Also, they are doing a better job of making sure everything remains in working order. Also, of late, the quality of the breakfast and the breakfast staff (particularly Brandi) continues to improve.

I really don’t like to give Hilton properties a 2 rating since I normally choose these properties. I can’t let travelers experience checking in this run down and dirty hotel like I did. So beware! After moving to another hotel I wish I had taken photos to share. The man at check in did not hesitate to cancel our room when we mentioned we couldn’t stay because it wasn’t up to most Hilton standards. He was very kind and apologized. Thank goodness we found a room since we are flying out the next day at Mid America airport. It was run down, bath tub had scratches and orange color in tub that looked like rust or who knows. Floors were dirty. Bed looked worn out, fitted bottom sheet did not cover the bed and did not fit. The cabinets had something running down the front. Carpets stained and even the elevators had a lot of dirt. Hot tub is permanently closed.

They have closed the hot tub! Maintenance on shower and tub took 2 days. Housing cleaning missed scheduled appointment. Dinner and bar are only open about 80% of the time. If you need something, talk to the evening front desk clerk Jimmy, he makes sure it gets done.
