The staff in this hotel are great, very friendly and helpful. From checking, bartender, breakfast staff, cook, and check out staff. The breakfast was good, nice variety of made to order, continental breakfast, cold or hot buffet. Prices are very reasonable. Enjoyed the breakfast very much and again the staff went out of their way to make sure you were happy. The only complaint is the hotel could use some work. Our bathroom door had a chip in the wood; door would not stay open. I always like to leave the bathroom slightly open at night. The metal around the wall by the tub, is rusty. The furniture in the hallway could use some care. It's not terrible, but it could use a little touch up. The day we were leaving found a sunflower seed on the floor, since neither of us eat sunflower seed, curious where it came from. It's quiet around the hotel, which makes for good sleep.

Disappointing and not up to typical HGI standards. Carpenting in the hallway to the room appeared not to have been vacuumed/cleaned recently. The bathroom shower regulator did not function, and the tub was quite slow to drain. On checkout around 0615, breakfast was just being set up. Staff were pleasant and apologetic. However, when the manager was notified about my concerns later that morning, the response was a basic "thank you for letting me know".

Great stay! Loved that the hotel is connected to the convention center, super convenient for my business trip. Room was clean, Amanda at the front desk was welcoming, and Janice in the restaurant was terrific. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has definitely seen better days. The rooms are getting old and tired, and it needs a remodel. Elevator made rubbing noises when moving-not reassuring at all! the toilet had trouble flushing. And the housekeeping is terrible and didn't show as promised even when requested and confirmed we were on "the schedule". Only to discover upon our return the room not made up and told they were gone for the day. Hot water was also off for one morning due to repairs.

Outdated with no chargers anywhere. I travel quite a bit and this was a really big inconvenience. Room was not very clean, my to go food melted the container and fell out the bottom. I pick Hilton more times than none but this Overall probably the worse experience I have had in a Hilton.

The breakfast was too expensive for what is offered. Morning fried potatoes should not be tater tots, eggs were burnt, juices were not labeled, the gravy was so thin. It was all round not good. The crew cursing while in the kitchen was not appropriate. The chef as she called herself bragging about herself. This part of the stay was the only part of my stay that was not enjoyed. The server was very seeet and a hard worker.

It was fine from the outside. The lobby was ok. The room was dismal and depressing. The charge for the continental breakfast was lame. I would never stay here again.

It could be better
We spent $300 on a suite. Breakfast was not included, the bathtub didn’t drain, the pool had numerous floating bugs, and housekeeping brought their kids to work.
