A very pleasant stay! There is no check-in at the front desk, the butler will help you directly to check in and bring it to the room. The key used in the room is really made of wood🔑! The hot water is not very stable and will cool down after washing for a while. The swimming pool is indoors, but unfortunately it is closed after 6pm.

Old and elegant high-end niche hotel

湖景房實際上並沒有窗，有一扇後門到花園 湖景其實不大，花園挺好的 最難以忍受的是噪音，旁邊有個酒吧會喧囂到半夜，根本無法入睡 服務人員都很盡心，滿分

環境很好，在一個小山頂，位置不是中心位置，差不多要打車到鎮中心。空氣絕佳，湖景可以看到很美的景色。酒店是管家服務。

The location was fantastic, with a beautiful surrounding atmosphere. The staff, including Lakishanka, Cooray, Mono, Madushanka, Krishnakumary, and Jim Thomas, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making a wonderful first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional—clean, stylish, spacious, and offering excellent service. The food was delicious, great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and very pleasant. I was thoroughly pleased with my stay and look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future.

Me my husband went here for High Tea. We’re from the UK so a little bit of home. The setting is beautiful. All of the staff were very attentive and of a high standard. The Manager also had a chat with us and explained the history of lord Mountbatten. He is very passionate about his vocation. Finally the food as amazing. Thank you

Wonderful family stay in Nuwara Eliya during our trip through Sri Lanka. Nice boutique bungalow in a perfect setting from where to enjoy great views. Old style, well-kept comfortable rooms that provide the colonial atmosphere that goes with the town. Above all, I would highlight the personalized service and the great freshly prepared food, served with style and attention provided by a very professional staff: soyza, shimal, lakshan, madusanka. Congratulations for a job well done. Looking forward to another visit … with sunnier days!

What a treat it was to stay in this beautiful colonial style hotel. The warm welcome from the General Manager and his team was very much appreciated. The décor and furnishings were beautiful and in keeping with the property. Our room was luxurious, very tastefully decorated and included everything we could possibly need, the whole place was absolutely spotlessly clean. Dinner, served by the log fire, was delicious and the service discreetly attentive. By far the best place we have stayed in Sri Lanka. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special.

A fantastic hotel. Highly recommended. Excellent service and friendly staff especially Upul, Lakishan, Murali, Cooray, Sudan, Madushanka, Krishnakumari, and Jim Thomas. The breakfast was fresh food and professionally prepared. Rooms were clean.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our experience at the hotel. The accommodation has only 6 bedrooms as it’s an old converted house so the place can be a little loud at times when it’s full. The overall hotel is very clean, cosy and has very friendly staff who were very attentive. A special thanks to Jim Thomas, Upul, Soyza and the team for making our stay pleasant! The food at the hotel has all been very nice. We arranged a cooking class here which was a nice experience too. WiFi connection was good enough to work from.

Highly recommend w15 hotel, all the facilities are amazing, room is super clean, ( lake view , chill weather with Sri Lankan breakfast I never ever forget my entire life ) don’t forget to eat a local foods because food is so delicious Also I never forget the staff they given me great service , specially Mr Upul, lakshan, shimal and other all of them, my big hug for yaaa all . W15 Lake Gregory is a very special place to enjoy Nuwara Eliya and was our chosen luxury spot to relax and recharge during our 2 week travels around Sri Lanka. From the delicious herbal tea with honey and hot towels on arrival, to the gorgeous toiletries and loose tea selection in the bedroom. There were so many unexpected generous touches. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is large and luxurious. It gets cold at night in Nuwara Eliya and there was a ‘fire’/ electric heater which was a really nice touch. The bathroom is enormous with a walk-in shower. Temperature & water pressure were ideal. The hotel is small (think luxury guesthouse vibes) and the service is sublime. Warm & personal yet utterly professional. A big thank you to our butler Lakishan & exec manager Jim for how well we were looked after. Finally the gardens are beautiful - perfectly manicured and full of hydrangeas and agapanthus framing a view of lake Gregory and the surrounding town. We feel totally recharged and revitalised. This was a stay to remember.

Amazing hotel, even better than the pictures! Kind and nice staff. A rich breakfast and also an excellent dinner. Definitely a place I would like to return to. It is important to note that there may be festivals on weekends and there will be loud music until the night

A very restful hotel, with lovely views over the lake, some great food too, and superb service from Shimal our butler. It’s close enough to walk to town, but far enough out to feel in the middle of nowhere! It gets cold at this altitude so you’ll need more than shorts and teeshirts!
