The hotel is quite standard. I think if I go to a small town in England again, I will book the Grand Hotel, the hotel where the Queen of England once stayed. There is also a great Thai restaurant, Grand Thai, and a high-quality souvenir shop to visit, and a children's playground for children to play with.

The room is large and the furniture is simple. The bed is not very soft, I like this slightly harder mattress. The chef's breakfast and dinner are good and more suitable for Chinese appetite. We stayed 1 night. The room was comfortable enough. Buffet is a little limited as others have commented and food quality was mixed. But all was OK and staff was friendly and helpful. Poor rating is for noise - while the hotel is newer and they made everything (rooms, halls, buffet room, etc) very large there appears to be no sound proofing. Noise and music from the construction site next door started around 5am and we heard lots of noise from neighbors (voices, furniture scraping, etc). We also observed small leaks in our bathroom and plumbing issues in other common areas of the hotel so seems like this place is poorly built. None of this is the hotel staff’s fault but I wouldn’t stay here again.

It is an old hotel service is not that great, there was no towels in the rooms until we asked them. I asked them to accept us as two adults in a one room but they refused and we had to take two rooms. It is expensive for the services you get and breakfast is very poor and no options and also expensive.

We booked for 2 nights this Hotel. Food is good but Unable to sleep, dragging of furniture and banging utensils for day and night. Our room was at 6th Floor and all guests are disturbed because 7th Floor is their big restaurant and ballroom. Staying on 6th floor is not recommended at all.

Enjoyed our stay , garden was well maintained with beautiful flowers. Foods were fine . Rooms were well cleaned. Limited tea items at room, the creamers n coffee provided free of charge at other hotels was a provided with a charge here. Furniture n carpetting at rooms could be improved

We stayed here for a night in the month of December 2024. It has 5 star hotel facilities and we loved to be here once again if we can. We greatly enjoyed swimming pool situated on the 2nd floor. Indoor pool. They spread over different varieties of food during the breakfast and the dinner. All the staff are humble and sincere.

Big No. Stayed for two nights, tried my best to convince hotel staff that WiFi is not working but failed, hell of noise in corridor during night hours like cheap hotel, very limited breakfast, not even omelet and toasted bread, only local cuisine. Very limited in room dining items. Requested for Pizza and they just forgot to deliver, on remind them they delivered it with different ingredients, can you imagine pizza served with oil, yes it was. We were two persons, picked one one piece and found that it’s beyond human consumption, we called them and returned the pizza, at the time of billing we found that they charged for it, on inquiring they told us we should have returned the half bitten piece too apart from full pices, No photos as no views. List is long to say NO for this property.
