We stayed for three nights and overall had a decent experience. The room was small and came with only the basics. There were no blackout curtains and the amenities were limited, but the space was clean and functional. We had booked for two people through the hotel website, but were given a double bed instead of a larger option. We had to ask for extra bedding and towels, which the staff provided after a short wait. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was included in our rate. Thankfully we had the invoice with us, because there was some confusion at check-in and we were almost charged again. The breakfast was better than expected. It was simple and tasty, although it did not change much from day to day. The location was a highlight. There were a few restaurants nearby and most places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. The room temperature was very comfortable and the view of the nearby cemetery was surprisingly peaceful and interesting. It was not a perfect stay, but it worked well enough for our trip. The friendly service and convenient location made a difference.

Hotel is walkable, clean and very comfortable to stay, friendly and approachable staff, good breakfast, excellent internet. We have a lovely stay in Greenland.

Nice property. Good breakfast. Walkable to all sights in Nuuk. Bed comfortable but only one very thin pillow included and no black out blinds - not great in summer when the sun never sets in Greenland.

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Also, a nice walk to the Greenland Natural History Museum which is very interesting. Rooms are a bit small, but are nice and very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

I had high hopes about this place, but it didn't take long to realize it's still Europe and there is no such thing as capitalism, competition or customer service. Youpayan outrageous-sum for the non existent service and then they show up like militant soldiers at 10 AM Sharp to terrorize you into leaving, because unlike in any normal hotel, this place has a 10 AM check out time which they militantly and abusively enforce. I was actually so traumatized by the overly aggressive, militant attitude that I couldn't sleep well the second night worrying that their militant staff would show up again at 10 sharp and bang on my door. This is a combination of pure unadulterated Danish arrogance with the unfriendliness of the locals combined. I can now say I've seen Greenland and will never need to see it again. Their abusive attitude completely turned me off about Greenland altogether.
