This was our 2nd stay here. We love to stay here as it is very convinience & peaceful with excellent views of the harbour. Nice room & friendly staff. Looking forward of staying here again.

- Very clean studio room.
- Strong water pressure in the bathroom.
- No room slippers /toothbrush provided, may be the hotel will provide if asked (which I didn't).
- Very pleasant hotel reception staff & very smooth check-in experience.
- The hotel asked for MYR100 deposit (if pay by cash, it can be refunded upon checkout, if pay by credit card, refund will be in a few days).
- Plenty of basement parking.

The room and environment is very clean, and the amenities are very complete. Got provide iron, hair dryer, gym. The laundry rm20 per time. Didnt procide toothbrush

This is one of my favourite hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I am travelling for business. The hotel has everything I need and the food is great. The sea views is amazing and I love the fact that the restaurant is just a walking distance away and there are many people bringing their families there during the weekend. The price is very reasonable and the room has everything I need for the business. The internet connection is amazing and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to come to Puteri Harbour.

Love the tranquility of the place though it’d be more convenient with own transport.
Wonderful service rendered by Vimala (Front Desk Manager) and her line of staff. Will be back.
