Unfortunately, I was unable to arrive on February 25th due to my daughter's illness and tried to cancel the booking on February 24th. We wanted to go to the women's international match in Nuremberg and paid three times as much as a double room at A&O Hostels normally costs. Our price was €145.50.
Unfortunately, it wasn't until around 5 p.m. that afternoon that my daughter was so ill that we wanted to cancel. By then, the time for free cancellation had already passed five hours ago. One day later, I presented a doctor's note and was told that nothing could be done.
I think this behavior is outrageous. They could have at least refunded part of the amount as a gesture of goodwill.

The hotel was so clean. Check-in process was a bit troublesome (because I had to fill my whole details such as passport numbers, address, and so on at the place.) Female hotel staff was very friendly and location was really good to go to Nuremberg Christmas Market!
