Checked in two hours earlier than the hotel stipulated, and checked out at 2 o'clock without applying when leaving, which is very humane service. The hotel beach 🏖️ is very beautiful and it is very convenient to participate in various activities!

Personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute. Si vous avez des restrictions alimentaires le personnel veillera à votre confort. Chambres très propres et très bien agencé. Joli spot avec une belle plage, activités pas loin. Je recommande les yeux fermé.

Hotel impeccablement tenu. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse et d'une serviabilité sans faille. Des bungalows spacieux bien équipés, bien orientés. Le service est parfait, la restauration irréprochable. La directrice est très gentille, rencontré ses clients matin et soir, a toujours un petit mot pour eux. Cela donne cette touche d'humanité qui fait que nous ne sommes pas qu'un client. Je pensais que c'était le voyage d'une vie.... Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.

Das Hotel befindet sich an der südlichen Spitze der Hauptinsel und ist per Taxi (2.000 Franc) vom Hafen oder mit dem Hotelboot (5.250 Franc pro Person für Ambassador-Mitglieder) vom Flugplatz zu erreichen. Dank Ambassador-Status haben wir einen Überwasserbungalow der zweithöchsten Kategorie "Lagunen-Blick" erhalten. Wir hatten den Bungalow 31 und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Der Bungalow ist geräumig und in einem schicken polynesischen Stil eingerichtet. Der Schlafbereich lässt sich durch eine Schiebetüre vom Wohnbereich trennen. Der dirkete Zugang von der Terrasse ins (sehr flache) Wasser ist wunderbar. Das mittelgroße Frühstücksbüffett war gut und bot auch glutenfreie Crepes. Unser Abendessen haben wir im Hotellokal Vini Vini eingenommen, dort gibt es unter anderem große glutenfreie Pizza und Nudeln. Ambassador-Mitglieder erhalten pro Aufhalt ein Guthaben von 2.000 Franc für die Speisen im Restaurant. Zur Begrüßung nach der Ankunft im Hotel gab es ein Getränk und eine Blumenkette. Zum Abschied gab es leider (anders als in anderen Hotels in dieser Region) keine Kette und auch keine persönliche Verabschiedung an der Bootablegestelle.

Wir sind vom Flughafen mit einem hoteleigenen Taxiboot zum Hotel gebracht und dort sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Selbst die Direktorin hat uns persönlich willkommen geheissen. Das etwas ältere Hotel strahlt polinesischen Flair aus und ist immer noch ganz gut in Schuss! Wir hatten ein Überwasserbungalow gebucht, am Ende des Hauptsteges. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, wir wurden morgens von der Sonne wachgeküsst. Obwohl die geräumigen Bungalows schon etliche Jahre auf dem Buckel haben, sind sie noch ganz ordentlich und sehr sauber. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und konnten abends im Restaurant à la carte essen, wir durften 3 Gänge aussuchen. Das Essen war fabelhaft, leicht und schön präsentiert. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut, leider nach amerikanischer Art. Müsli und gutes Brot oder Brötchen gab es nicht. Das Hotelpersonal war allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Hotelanlage war sehr schön und sauber. Die Sicht aufs Meer wurde nicht von Überwasserbungalows versperrt. Der hoteleigene Strand war gross genug und sauber, die Liegen ohne Auflagen vielleicht etwas unbequem. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel das seine 4 Sterne mehr als verdient hat!

We loved the ambience, the beauty, the customer service, the food and all of the activities arranged by the concierge services. Our room was also incredible, the highlights being the soft and comfortable bed and pillows and the extraordinary glass covered coffee table with a view directly into the fish swimming in the ocean beneath. We also enjoy the tropical swimming pool with a waterfall which we swim in almost every day.
