Checked in two hours earlier than the hotel stipulated, and checked out at 2 o'clock without applying when leaving, which is very humane service. The hotel beach 🏖️ is very beautiful and it is very convenient to participate in various activities!

The most amazing stay on our honeymoon, can’t say one negative about this resort. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, so lovely in every way. Arriving by boat was such a great experience and no words for the overwater bungalows, just incredible. Food and drinks were lovely, from breakfast, to cocktails then to amazing evening meals, all fab! Definitely recommend this hotel.

On est pris en charge dès l'aéroport pour arriver sur le ponton. Très bon accueil et très surpris de voir une directrice si présente avec des attentions pour toutes et tous. Très bonne ambiance avec tout le personnel ce qui est un plus avec le cadre de l'hôtel. L'expérience des bungalows sur l'eau avec ponton privé et vue sur un mini récif depuis le salon est formidable. Les repas sont copieux et variés. L'hotel est juste en face de la place de matira (on peut donc voir le lever et le coucher du soleil) et s'il n'y avait pas eu cette forte houle, c'est une zone qui permet d'aller à la barrière de corail en ayant pied presque partout. Donc bien situé, très bon accueil, très bon service... A recommander. On a aussi fait la soirée polynésienne avec des plats typiques et le spectacle.

Exceptionnel !!! Personnel aux petits soins, villa sur pilotis magnifique et spacieuse, décorée avec goût. Le personnel a l’accueil est juste incroyable ! D’une disponibilité et d’une gentillesse rare! Nous avons passé un séjour formidable et inoubliable. Merci pour cette superbe expérience! Lieu magnifique ! Nous y retrouvons toutes les prestations haut de gamme de l’intercontinentale personnelle au petit soin. Le cadre est incroyable superbe piscine ! Petit bémol la nourriture n’est pas bonne le restaurant y propose divers plats et pas excessif

Personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute. Si vous avez des restrictions alimentaires le personnel veillera à votre confort. Chambres très propres et très bien agencé. Joli spot avec une belle plage, activités pas loin. Je recommande les yeux fermé.
