We stayed during a transit trip, about 10 minutes walk from the domestic airport, greeted by very friendly hotel staff. The check-in process was very easy. We asked for a wake-up call at 3 am, offered a follow-up wake-up call, exceeded expectations. We took the time to transit to the city using the sky train, which station is only about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Back to the hotel that night, greeted by friendly reception staff, and politely wished us a good rest. The wake-up call at 3 am was followed by a follow-up call as offered. A little note, at 4 am we contacted the reception via the internal phone to ask for an express check-out but no one answered the phone. After going down to the lobby, the reception desk was indeed empty, maybe because it was still early morning. Luckily the reception staff immediately showed up. Anyway, this hotel is very impressive.
