這個酒店一進去大廳就是一股發黴的味道，到了房間也是。原本對IBIS印象很不錯，因為這個酒店，對這個牌子的印象顛覆了。

Café da manhã excepcional, diferenciado dos outros hotéis da rede. A panqueca de Bergamota é uma delícia, parabéns para a cozinheira! Atendentes educados e simpáticos. Quarto bom e silencioso, poderia ser melhor se tivesse toalha de rosto, pedimos na recepção e informaram que essa unidade não disponibiliza.

O Ibis é a minha segunda casa. Mensalmente estou aqui. E apesar de diversos hotéis na cidade e na região escolho estar aqui. O atendimento é incrível!! Café da manhã delicioso, completo cheio de opções para todos os gostos. O time que trabalha no café, na recebe na limpeza quartos é impecável!!

Ao chegarmos no hotel, fomos muito bem atendidos na recepção pelo Marcelo e no outro dia, mesmo chegando próximo das 11h no café da manhã, a atendente Adriana, nos recepcionou super bem e ainda fez um ovo mexido nota 10, Funcionários sempre com sorriso no rosto e prestativos!
