Down to reception to be informed that as mainly business hotel hot water is switched off during day (Do business people arriving in day never want to freshen up?!) Anyway was then switched on and told we would have hot water in 5 minutes. We wanted to leave early morning as had long drive so no hot water again. In my many decades on travels this is a first. Bizarre."

"Looks great on website but a close inspection shows a bit of tender loving care is needed. Situated in a nice residential area next to a supermarket. The staff were very good and could not do enough for us. The room although spacious with a large bed was a bit tired looking. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room although there were vending machines on the ground floor Breakfast was good with a large selection of food. On the web it indicates a restaurant but this was not open at all! In addition there was also no bar!"

"If u need to get to Malpensa the next day and you have already done Milan or want a cheaper alternative, this hotel is ideal. It is located 100 metres from the train station, and that is also where the buses to Malpensa also depart from (every 2 hrs or so for €9). It is near Novara's old town which has good shops, cafes and ideal for a half day. The hotel itself is good with helpful staff. We choose a suite for €145 and is large and comfortable. Shower is a bit old but otherwise all good. Breakfast is poor as they don't seem to replenish stocks."

"My name is Park, and I stayed at this hotel with my wife in a double room. At the beginning of our stay, we experienced a few issues with our room, mainly due to the hot weather, which made our stay less comfortable than expected. However, the reception team responded immediately and handled the situation with great professionalism by arranging a room change without delay. We would especially like to thank Nicholas for his kindness, efficiency, and the excellent solution he provided. His prompt assistance completely changed our experience and made us feel truly valued as guests. Initially, because of the problems we encountered, we thought we probably wouldn't return. However, after seeing how quickly and professionally everything was resolved, we realized it was simply an unfortunate situation rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards."
