Hotel muito aconchegante e atendimento acolhedor. Quarto limpo e amplo, excelente para família. O espaço externo é incrível, belas paisagens e ambiente revitalizador! O café da manhã realmente excepcional, com muitas opções, todas deliciosas. A família inteira aproveitou a experiência. Sugestão de melhoria: manter o espaço kids mais arejado, estava com cheiro de fechado. Tirando isso, a estadia foi ótima.

Local ideal para descansar e não precisar sair
Ambiente verde, muito bem arborizado, ideal para descansar. Fiquei no quarto com a cama King size, que era bem confortável. Jantar e café da manhã maravilhosos. A equipe é muito atenciosa e educada, tanto na recepção, quanto no restaurante. Vale a pena fazer a massagem relaxante, profissional Geise muito atenciosa e educada. Com certeza retornarei.

Dia dos namorados: Fiz por 3 (TRÊS) vezes a reserva para o jantar, sendo hóspede, aliás, tendo feito um evento pra 60 pessoas da empresa no restaurante Colina Verde (do grupo), no mesmo dia. Qual não foi minha surpresa ao chegar no restaurante à noite, dia dos namorados, e se esqueceram de deixar a mesa reservada. Nem é pela mesa em si, pois fomos (mal) acomodados em uma mesa qualquer, mas pela falta de cuidado com o hóspede. Decepcionante. Outra coisa: o café da manhã só começa às 7:30 ????? Dia de semana??? Oi??? Saímos sem café! Talvez seja esse o objetivo???? Não se espera de um hotel de classe só ter café da manhã a partir de tão tarde. Não é um hotel para executivos ou pessoas a trabalho! Uma pena! O local é bonito, mas peca no serviço! Até por ser longe do centro, deveriam ter um serviço diferenciado!
