The housekeeping staff and receptionist are very helpful and friendly. The bed sheet is clean and the mattress is comfortable. They make me have a good sleep at night."

"This is the third time stayed here. It's a lovely hotel set in amazing grounds. Rooms are nice and the beds are very comfy. Breakfast is huge with loads to choose from or even cooked to order if you want. The fact you can use the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room free of charge with your stay is an added bonus. The hotel is not far from the Park & Ride so easy to get into Norwich. I'm sure I'll be back again!"

Central Hotel
"The Hotel is literally a two minutes walk from the train station, the lad that checked me in was pleasant and showed me up to my room, no 10, the room overlooked the river which was nice, however there were no net curtains which wasn’t very conducive to privacy, the room was spacious, clean and tidy, there was plenty of room to hang clothes, there was two chairs a large tv and tea & coffee making facilities, the kettle was spotless inside, the mattress was very firm but did not disturb my sleep, however the pillows weren’t very thick so I had to use three, the bathroom was also quite large but showing signs of needing a lick of paint around the base of the shower, the shower itself was hot and powerful, there is free Wifi at the property, breakfast comes at an extra charge, £5 for cooked £3 for continental, there were cereals, juice and yogurts, the woman serving breakfast was pleasant and chatty, although it is just over a mile from the city centre there are plenty of places close by where you can eat, it’s ideal if you’re there for football as I was because it’s only about a 15 minutes walk to the ground, a very enjoyable nights stay. "

"The summer room is a small cosy unit attached to the main house with a separate entrance. It's about 30 minutes's walk to the city centre. We preferred not to walk the quiet streets after dinner to get back to the flat. There are a lot of parking options and it's a flat rate of 3 to 4 quids after 5 pm to the next day."

"Budget hotel a stone's throw from Norwich station and not too far from the city centre. Did the job for a night's stay to attend a University reunion. Probably could have done with being £10-£15 cheaper considering how small my room was."

"It's less than a 10-minute drive from Norwich train station and not too far from the city center. There was a clean shower and bathtub, and amenities such as soap and shower caps were provided. The hairdryer was also of high quality, which was very helpful. The bed, towels, and bathrobes were also clean. I checked in late at night, but the staff were very kind and helpful. It's a good hotel."

"Rooms were 28 degrees with one insufficient fan no aircon One room Window opened onto main road My parents room window opened out To McDonald’s We were there 6pm till 3am. 2 adults 2 children trying to sleep in one room in that heat was crazy and my elderly parents in another room health and safety issues dad kept going outside I have contacted premier inn regarding guaranteed nights sleep but they have refused. To refund us for 9 hours of hell The pub next door wants a good clean and decoration"
