Only 8 minutes to Highland Mountain Bike Park. Off of the beaten path and private yet a minute's drive to the amenities of Tilton, NH. About 20 minutes drive from the lakes and 35 to the mountains.
This second story barn space is a large studio style layout with a 3/4 bath and all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Please note that the center beam is on the short side, about 5.5 feet tall.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Excessively dirty cleaning fee $200. ie. Staining floor/walls, leaving unwashed dinnerware, trash left about, etc..Late check out is not permitted. Late check out of 30 min past is $50 fee. Perfect spot to stay for a couple days. The barn was immaculate and the host was kind enough to send messages a couple times to check in, which I appreciated.

Bike week
We enjoyed the loft, clean and secluded. We found to hidden *eggs* they were an added surprise hidden with in the loft ! We bought a little something and hid it as an addition too the two we found!.. We would definitely stay here again when we go up to viaiit family and friends

Perfect “Off the Beaten Path” Barn Loft
The Barn Loft was perfectly clean and perfectly located. We came in for our granddaughters graduation from Tilton School and the Barn Loft was just a quick little drive. The Barn Loft had everything we needed as well as super cozy. The owner was outside when we drove up and introduced himself. He offered his contact information in case we needed anything which was very thoughtful, but we didn’t need anything because Barn Loft had it all. Hopefully we will be back in October.
