DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was dirty. A “clean” towel had a red stain on it and a hair. The curtains were hung by what looks like a hair tie being that the curtain rod was broken. The hair dryer was also broken. The front desk clerk was rude and a smart ass. I left early and did not want to pay for another night. I asked for a refund but I doubt I’ll receive it.

Clean modern room and quiet environment. Check in an d out was fast and easy. Spa was not working and would have preferred it was so we could enjoy that as well. Pets were allowed which was much appreciated. We would stay at this property again.

Outside room entrances were under repair. People working on cars in the parking lot. Noisy air conditioning unit. Room was clean and the breakfast was nice.

Never again hotel
Hotel is old, dirty outside (inside was ok). Breakfast was catastrophic! At 0830am, no eggs, no yogurt, no waffel more, only cereals. The employee was unconcerned when we asked if he could bring back food.

Ok
Beds were comfy, pre check-in was great. Otherwise the TV didn't work until 9:00 that night after notifying the front desk. Although they had options for breakfast, the waffles tasted salty and the hash browns were under cooked. We had a better experience here a year ago.

We checked in into our room and the TV didn’t work. So they moved us to a different room that TV wouldn’t even turn on. They then lied and said it was the Internet. I can’t imagine how the Internet would make a TV not turn. The hallway was 1000° and smelled like urine. The sink was broke, there were bugs, and the continental breakfast was disgusting. When we brought up the TV issue to the staff for a second time, they told us we’d have to call the general manager for a refund or speak to him in the morning. Lord and behold, he wasn’t there in the morning either told us it wasn’t their problem to deal with and to get a hold of a general manager he may be in tomorrow. Needless to say this isn’t a hotel I wouldn’t recommend for anyone pass it up and move on. The pictures on this website are extremely deceiving of what you’re really getting.

I chose to stay there because in past years it was a good conveniently located place to stay off the highway. Currently under renovation, so the stay was not as expected.

They are supposed to be remodeling but this place is not worth the money. Hallway to room in in an exterior covered hall and all ac units exhaust into hall mist be 140 degrees. My mom wanted to find someplaxe else but i dont think we can do that when we are booked with third party booker.
Will never recomend this dump.

We loved our stay! We had a nice suit with 2 queen beds and a very cool modular sofa for the kids. We paid the same amount for a much smaller and not as nice room from another hotel the week before. We had a way better room for the same price at Ramada! It had on site dining & entertainment. Great breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff. Loved it. Will come again!
