I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit during a business trip and overall found it to be a convenient and well‑priced option. The location is excellent—it’s literally above Emporium Pluit Mall, offering endless dining and retail choices right downstairs. The staff were courteous and efficient, from reception to breakfast service.

Regarding my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit, I have made a feedback to the hotel manager regarding breach of personal information. The front desk staff have used recycled passport copy as copier paper. You may see from the photo attached below, some other guest’s passport information was in my hand. This situation is very uncomfortable and I could not imagine such sensitive information is being shared casually. The manager on duty (18/03) told me she has been reminding the staffs not to use such recycle information, but it seem the reminders are not effective.

Stayed here many trips as is great location within a mall with lots of food and shopping. Very near to the airport. Is near to PIK food heaven too.

Great hotel with extremely clean rooms. The room size is spacious with a very nice bathroom with the amenities you need. Love the rm view 😍 shopping mall just below the hotel👍👍👍✌️

Conveniently located beside a mall where you could do last minute shopping and also have varieties of cuisine before flying home. Just 15 to 30mins away from the airport depending on the traffic condition

The bedsheet of the hotel dirty. The pillow has smell. There is ants at the toilet. Request for extra bed from the hotel, tell us that the extra bed not available.Book for non smoking room but the room smell of cigarettes smoke. Breakfast also so so. Not much variety.
