The staff were polite, the experience was fine however it was more down to the condition of the apartment that ruined it all a bit. The net curtains were very mouldy, this is a huge concern for health especially having a baby in there. The bedroom window was broken so it couldn’t be closed. The front door had a half inch gap under it, luckily it didn’t rain heavily that week! Oh and the electrical sockets/spurs above the sink are a wonderful addition for safety… Other than that, we enjoyed our time in N.Devon!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service and accommodation. Late check ins. Stayed in 3 bedrooms, spiders in each room, which kept returning, broken wardrobe, Leaking ceiling and dampness. The location and access to our Lodge was inaccessible due to 2 steep flights of stairs, no disability access. We needed disabled access room, but nothing was given. Receptionist shrug her shoulders and didn't know how to solve our issues. Very unpleasant stay. BE WARNED.

My partner stayed here for 2 nights & was so disappointed,as we hadn’t been away for a few years due to my partners ill health. The room didn’t feel clean,the shower had mould in it,the sink had a big crack in it,the water was Luke warm when showing,the food menu was very limited.I wouldn’t go there again.So disappointing

The apartment was just right size for 4 people fora weekend. It was very clean, could not fault it on cleanliness. The only thing it needed was a new frying pan, the Teflon was badly cracked and scratched. Also needed kitchen utensils, such as a spatula. Had a great time, would recommend to family and friends.

Traveled for five hours to get there great weekend for the boxing on the Monday was told management wanted to close the bar and kids facilities early descusting pay all that money out to have to sit in your appartment twiggleing your thumbs never go there again

Had an amazing time! The compact studio was perfect for a couple. Was in a great location near all the beaches. Will definitely be back next year and for longer!

Very comfortable and clean. Just a couple things missing such as electrical sockets on both side of the bed and a mirror near socket for hair drying. Lovely indoor pool, well maintained and with lifeguards. Nice restaurant with decent well priced food. Good entertainment in small low key club. Overall an enjoyable stay in a sea view studio while our son and family stayed in a superior 2 bedroom apartment. Ideal for a family holiday.
