The space Hobson House is located in the historic district of North Charleston, where the Naval Officers were quartered. It is an up and coming revitalized neighborhood, surrounded by gorgeous old oak trees. Serene and private, it is a perfect gathering spot for a celebration with friends and family. The neighborhood is very quiet, and has 24 hour patrolled security. Please note the houses directly next to Hobson House are unoccupied. The Admiral's House, School House and other remodeled houses are approximately .10 mile away towards Riverfront Park. House and neighborhood were used to film many episodes of the Netflix series Outer Banks and the movie the Notebook.
