Never stayed there. Daughter checked-in early. AC was out - while repairman was there, the ceiling caved in so uninhabitable. Had to scramble to make separate accommodations. Host was kind and responsive; she did refund my money promptly. When I drove to the site a couple of days later (AC guy was still there). I was definitely not impressed with the location. The surrounding area was not desirable at all. Suggest using Google maps for a 360 view of the neighborhood. Word of caution: don’t necessarily trust the “5 star reviews”. Vrbo needs some sort of QC on their listings.

This property was an unexpected jewel for a very reasonable price! The house was exceptionally clean and the online photos don’t do it justice. The host was very responsive to any and all questions. I definitely recommend this property!

Great Girls Trip
Being a couple of younger women, we were a little unsure about the neighborhood at first but in all none of the neighbors or the businesses across the street gave us any problems. The property itself was perfect for us and a great place for a long weekend getaway!

Weekend mini-vacay and trip to Moncks Corner
Great time in Charleston. Listing was cozy and comfortable. Location wasn’t in the “fancy” Charleston district but overall a quiet and pleasant stay. About 5-10 minutes from grocery stores and around 20-25 from beaches (Isle of Palms was wonderful) 100% would recommend staying here to any of my friends.

Tranquility, North Charlotte, SC
Akira place was very clean and welcoming, it was also very comfortable. Akira was available to answer question when asked. I would recommend staying at Akira place to my family and friends.

Cute little place
The cute house has all the amenities we needed. Bedside table with USB charging spots, kitchen has all that we need including an ice maker, great spaces for bedrooms and living room. My only complaint would be the floors were pretty dirty. My daughter wore white socks and within 20 minutes, it was black and sticky !!! But if you wear house shoes or whatever shoes you wear inside the house, that would solve it. Easy solution. Easy driving distance to everything (but not walking distance to anything except for the one restaurant across the street).
