My wife and I stayed here whilst visiting our daughter who lives nearby. Our double room was very comfortable and, being at the back of the hotel, was very quiet so we slept well. There is a coffee machine in each room extra supplies for which can be got from reception. It’s in a good location with a couple of restaurants close by and a short walk to Ochsenzoll where there are more restaurants and a U Bahn station which takes you into Hamburg. The breakfast buffet is well presented with a wide variety of food on offer. It is extremely good and the breakfast service is very efficient. The lounge area is very cosy and comfortable and is stocked with a huge selection of coffee-table art books which are great to browse through at leisure. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Komen er al vele jaren, Nu kamer via hotel zelf geboekt, helaas was de boeking niet goed doorgekomen dus een andere kamer op 2e verdieping boven de keuken, om 5:30 wakker door geluiden vanuit de keuken, en geen bijgeboekte kussens, glijstang houder in douche cabine zakte naar beneden, Verder ontbijt super goed en inrichting al jaren hetzelfde. Personeel van voorgaande jaren niet gezien.

Habitación acogedora con cama muy cómoda. Atención al cliente excelente, con detalles extra que exceden de sus funciones. Nos contrataron taxis, prepararon bolsas picnic-desayuno, y apoyaron con la perdida de un objeto personal hasta solucionarlo. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Hôtel au calme à Norderstedt pas loin des transports (40 min du centre), restaurants, commerces dans un périmètre de 500 mètres. Intérieur avec plusieurs salons “old cool” avec des livres partout. Petit déjeuner très varié avec tout ce qu’il faut

Ich habe mich absolut wohlgefühlt und kenne weltweit viele 5 Stern Hotels. Klar, ist das ein anderer Komfort aber was man hier geboten bekommt, ist neben einem sehr gepflegten Ambiente, gutes Essen und entspannter Atmosphäre das Gefühl, als Mensch wertgeschätzt zu sein. Dieses Hotel wird von anständigen Leuten mit viel Liebe geführt.

Die Motto-Zimmer wurden von anderen Gästen sehr gelobt. Wenn das Motto unseres Zimmers „späte 1980er Jahre“ war dann wurde es voll getroffen, entsprach aber nicht den tollen Werbebildern. Restaurant, Bar, alles war geschlossen — man fragt sich wo diese tollen Aufnahmen auf der Webseite herkommen? Den zweiten Punkt gibt es dafür dass der Receptionist uns das Zimmer nach Besichtigung sofort hat stornieren lassen. Wir haben dann ein anderes Hotel genommen.
