No hair dryer. Toilet has no fan / not ready the room before checking in. Sink tap loose/ no spare blanket and only on pillow on the bed.

We have booked this hotel for the night between 27-28 of February and get disappointed directly when we arrived! 1. In Trip.com you say you have restaurant but you dont have, not even could buy something to drink! 2. One lady in your reception say that you have breakfast between 7-9 am, buffe, and to a cost of 150 bath per person. In the morning of 28 we coming down for eating breakfast and then people in your reception say "you have not booked any breakfast" ! So in YOUR hotel you should book breakfast in advance? Nobody told us that! This is a very strange behaviour of your staff and they are very bad in their actions.

The hotel kind of shows its age somewhat. The furniture and facilities in the room are quite dated. Still, the room was ok and the staff was great. Breakfast is one choice only, rice and beef soup. It was tasty though. Cons, the aircon sounded like it's about to die, some of the electric outlets in the room didn't work and there was no kettle. It is a very cheap hotel though, so all up still good value for money.

The room is very clean, has a bathtub, sofa, coffee bags, and the waiter is very kind. The only drawback is that I didn't find where the swimming pool is, but I didn't plan to swim, so I didn't check again.
