2 dagen voordat we dit hotel zouden bezoeken liep ons progamma uit , Ik probeerde 2 kamers anderhalve dag vóór aankomst te annuleren, maar ik vond geen gehoor. Ze waren echt niet volgeboekt,.. dus 1 kamer hadden ze coulance halve echt wel kunnen crediteren, maar nu hadden we 2 kamers verlies, jammer wordt volgende keer zeker een ander hotel.

Experience in this hotel really amazing. Strating from staff to food and locating was very good. Soecially rooms are so clean I would recommend this hotel to all as business trip and family vocations. Staying with family here is amazing. Once again very thank you for all staff.

I am very happy with the rooms, service, and breakfast . Room, washroom neat and clean.They provided us with all the basic amenities,they were doing housekeeping every day. They provide all type of dishes for breakfast and dinner.The staff also is very much polite and responsive. The rooms are neat and clean. Impressed with this hotel service.Please continue to serve like this.

Though rooms are generally ok but services and facilities are not up to mark. Breakfast buffet is not regular thing. AC in room was not functional and had to shift the room. Hot water is not available in the bathroom.

Frequent power cut approx 20-30 times a day which was irritating and we were unable to sleep properly. Insects were there on the bed and other places. Proper pest control was not done. We asked to change our room but they just said that we conduct pest control. The room and bathroom were very small and the flush was not working properly.
