OMG what a divine place. My daughter picked the Borgo for her destination wedding and, wow, did she pick the most perfect place. The scenery, the rooms, the food were all beyond compare. The staff went out of their way to make everything absolutely ideal. I don’t have even one small complaint, it was all exceptional. This is a 5 star plus venue. If you are considering a destination wedding, I would HIGHLY recommend the Borgo.

Wat een fantastische week samen met mijn dochter in Borgo Castello! Het was een onvergetelijke ervaring waarin alles klopte: de sfeer, de activiteiten en vooral de mensen. We hebben intens genoten van de pasta- en pizzaworkshop — samen kneden, lachen en proeven was een van de hoogtepunten van onze reis. De truffeltocht was magisch en gaf ons echt het gevoel even één te zijn met de natuur. Een speciaal woord van dank aan Robin, Inger en haar moeder. Wat een lieve, gastvrije mensen die altijd voor je klaarstaan. Niets was te veel gevraagd en we voelden ons vanaf het eerste moment helemaal thuis. Borgo Castello is een plek waar je niet alleen Italië proeft, maar ook de warmte van mensen die met hart en ziel iets bijzonders neerzetten. We komen zeker terug!

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo paradiso terrestre, lontano dal caos della città, immersi nel verde, con una tranquillità e serenità incredibile! Abbiamo ritrovato la stessa armonia, pulizia, accoglienza e prelibatezze culinarie. Il bello di questo posto è proprio la formula SENZA PENSIERI: pensa a tutto il fantastico staff che c’è! Puoi chiedere qualsiasi cosa, sono sempre lì pronti ad esaudire ogni tua richiesta con un sorriso ed una efficienza fantastica. Siamo andati con la nostra bimba e anche per lei c’è stato un bel po’ di divertimento… dalla cooking class alla loro sala piena di giochi Montessoriani per bambini :) complimenti a tutti voi chef Luca, Sergio, Giovanni e tutte le altre persone che hanno reso questo soggiorno come sempre indimenticabile! GRAZIE GRAZIE E GRAZIE ancora alla prossima!

What a stunning place, so clean and the grounds and views were totally amazing. We arrived from perugia airport normally 40 mins as we hired a car, arrived very late at night and checked in to the most beautiful huge rustic room, four poster bed, cookies, tea,coffee facilities, we had two bedrooms one with huge bed and the other room had bunk beds and single bed and sofa and still lots of room, bathroom was again huge with sink,shower,toilet all clean perfect. Breakfast was continental breakfast yogurts,pastries etc was very delicious. We were there visiting as a potential wedding venues so had a full tour, grounds are huge with a lovely swimming pool ( not ready as it was out of season) pool bar, they grow vegetables, have chickens, and a herb garden, lots of areas for children to play that were safe.( a tiny church where they show movies to the children just wonderful) We had lunch here too it was just delicious beef ragu , anti pasta everything was amazing. I can’t recommend this place highly enough but the best thing was the staff every person we came into contact with were just so lovely and nothing was too much we will be back with no hesitation Thank you to all the staff your a credit to the beautiful Borgo

Borgo ristrutturato con cura. Personale giovane, gentile e davvero efficiente. Arredi, mobili e suppellettili di gusto, ma gli armadi delle camere a nostro avviso non adeguati esteticamente. Colazione valida e varia e cena davvero squisita. Si potrebbe migliorare: caldaie delle due camere familiari in cui abbiamo soggiornato rumorose, piastrelle di un bagno delle due non all’altezza della camera, pavimento in laminato dell’altra anch’esso non altezza della bellezza dell’intero contesto. Posizione comoda per quasi tutte le mete classiche umbre. Prezzo importante per un agriturismo pur di alta qualità.

Out in the sticks. Need car and you may have trouble finding it. so spend enough time checking out the location to avoid driving in the wrong direction. definitely for nature lovers. A lot of stairs but splendid view once we got to our family room. Probably a haven for family with young kids. Seems like to offer all kind of activities during the kids holidays. check out their website for more details. Pizza dinner that took place on the heated patio was great. Very attentive and motivated service staff. Bfast relaxed very nice with huge selection of sweet pastries. Personally I would have preferred more bread selection and less pastries. Home made granola was delicious and so was the banana/berry milkshake! Makes sense to spend more than one night there to take advantage for this wonderful place.

We recently had our wedding at Borgo Castello Panicaglia and it was dang near perfect. The entire staff was kind, helpful, empathetic, and incredibly professional our entire stay. Sarah and Mira helped orchestrate the week and made sure everything went flawlessly. We truly felt like we were in a dream with the stunning views and venue, top notch food, and beautiful and comfortable rooms. They supplied tons of activities for the kids and went with the flow whenever we wanted to change our original plan or make additions. Whether you are planning a wedding or just a getaway, I 10/10 recommend coming to Umbria and staying here! Thank you to the entire staff!

Letto non buono, acqua calda è mancata 2 volte sotto la doccia, il cibo esclusivamente per stranieri e non certamente come loro descrivevano piatti tipici Umbri. Siamo stati costretti ad uscire sempre a cena. Non è certamente un luogo per coppie, bensì per famiglie con bambini. Non riuscivi ad avere un po' di intimità dal coinuo chiasso dei bimbi e loro famigliari. Quel luogo è sempre pieno di Olandesi, essendo gli stessi proprietari Olandesi. Lo staff. Impeccabile, tutti ragazzi giovani e molto attenti e preparati.

Location meravigliosa,immersa nel verde ,perfetta per una fuga romantica o per staccare dal caos della città . Curata in ogni aspetto,stanza pulita ,ben arredata,letto "top". Personale giovane,disponibile,accogliente,gentilissimo, pronto ad accogliere qualunque richiesta . Prezzo in linea con il servizio offerto. Colazione a buffet con scelta variegata,ottimi prodotti. Particolare attenzione all'aspetto green ,molto apprezzato. Situata in posizione strategica da cui è facile raggiungere vari punti di interesse. Da ritornarci in estate per sfruttare l'area esterna. Nel complesso esperienza top.
