Huge room with private onsen! Delicious Kaiseki dinner and sumptuous breakfast in private rooms. Service was impeccable! Highly revommend!

I enjoy so much with my friend. This is our 4th repeated visit, the dinner and breakfast, we enjoy very much. Once again, thank you for the good service.

Hotel is very nice with good food. In room onsen is the best. Only downside is no transportation between Noboribetsu Station to the hotel. Need to take the bus to hot spring street entrance and walk for 17 min which is not easy in winter time.

The room is very big and nice, and the hot spring pool in the room is super nice!

The service is very good. The hotel has Chinese-speaking staff. A toiletries kit is provided upon check-in. The room is large and the food is exquisite. There is a 24-hour indoor hot spring. It is worth the money and highly recommended.

The hot springs, services and facilities are first-class! Breakfast and dinner are included, all of which are delicious. Various meats and seafood are good, and rice is also delicious, but the space is limited and you can't eat too much. It's not far to walk to Jigokudani, and you can reach it on foot.

The room was great, just like a vacation. The food was great, too. The food was delicious. But the downside was that the whole city was filled with a sulfur smell (rotten eggs). I was woken up several times by the smell.

This hotel is the most luxurious hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, but because it was built a long time ago, it feels a little smaller than new hotels. The rooms have independent hot springs, which are the same as the springs in the large public baths. They should be sulfur hot springs. Breakfast and dinner are also provided. It is definitely worth it. However, if you are not traveling by car, it is not recommended to go out and come back late, because it is located on the mountainside. There are almost no taxis at night, unless you know Japanese to call a taxi.

It is indeed a luxury hotel. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The luggage you deposited will be taken to the room for you upon check-in. The Kaiseki dinner tastes great. There is a hot spring in the room for private bathing. The Japanese breakfast is also very good.

The private bath is very good and quiet. This hotel does not allow children to stay, so be careful if you bring children. The set meals are also delicious, except that they are expensive.

I visited about 6 years ago and was satisfied with everything at that time, so I visited again. I was satisfied with the food, hot springs, and the kindness of the staff during this stay. I personally think that Boro Noguchi is the best accommodation in Noboribetsu Onsen Village. However, there was a time when I thought that my thoughts might be wrong. While using the bath in the room, I saw something like dirt in the water, so I flushed out all the water in the hot spring bath and tried to fill it again, and then I found out what the impurity was. As you can see in the attached picture, it was sand..... It didn't seem to be mixed in the water, but rather due to the aging and poor maintenance of the facilities. I personally found it very disappointing. They have the best hot spring water, food, and the kindness of the staff, but the aging and poor maintenance that diminishes these things should definitely be improved. I hope this won't happen the next time I visit.
