It was a very expensive 4-star hotel, in which I had to ask myself how it got those 4 stars. The check-in happened normally. The room was also ok at first, but already after the first night, I had some doubts. For my taste, the bed was too soft, and the pillows were too big. After checking the wardrobe, there were other pillows. By taking them out, I found a bag of empty beer cans. I complained at the reception about this, but apart from the fact that it was noted and apparently reported to the manager. The staff didn't bother with more than a simple excuse. I don't know how they clean, but this doesn't invoke a lot of confidence in the cleaning personnel. A far worse topic is the hotel restaurant. With its 4-star price and it's 2 star kitchen, I was shocked with the quality of the food as well as the service. I ate in that restaurant 3 days in a row, and after 2 days of starters and mains, I resigned from a starter on the 3rd day, and I went to Quick on the 4th. Simply because I had enough of this restaurant. We ordered around 8.30 pm and our food arrived an hour later. I had to give my starter back once because I got one bone and a piece of nerf and grease (irish short ribs). In general, the food wasn't very fresh, and it didn't taste as good as it sounded. To summarize, it was an expensive disappointment.
