The place looks nice and cozy. The owner and staff were kind friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my jacket behind, and they kindly arranged to have it sent back to my home country. Thank you very much . I sincerely appreciate your kindness and assistance.

Fantastic environment just in front a ski resort with stunning view. Good carpark space for guests. Just happened it is snowing and the view is like a paradise. Rooms are on upstairs 1 floor, do request assistance from the helpful staff to assist you. All the staff is friendly, handsome and beautiful. Try to offer some Japanese food as that's what we expected, for breakfast and dinner. The cafe is beautiful, needs more marketing exposure.

I chose to stay here because I was going skiing. It takes about 6-8 minutes to go uphill with my skis to the ski resort. There are two bus stops nearby. However, you should pay attention to the operating hours and frequency of the buses in Niseko. If you go there in April, transportation will be very inconvenient. In addition, you have to pay extra for the B&B pick-up.

The room is not suitable for family, no bathroom in the bedroom and the room is not very clean. When booking, it was said that there were 1 room with 7 beds, but when actually staying, there were 5 beds. The location is good, in front of the ski resort, you have to walk about 5-600 meters. Good breakfast, friendly staff, helpful. At first, I booked for 2 nights and paid, but when actually staying, I had to ask to leave one day early because of the bathroom problem. The room is narrow, dusty, and there is no refund. But the staff is very friendly.

The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic. He provides detailed information about the surrounding area and the history of the hotel.

In fact, it is like a domestic youth hotel. The room area is very small, with only beds next to each other. The guests rest and chat in the living room and dining room. They are basically European and American. The waiters are mainly English-speaking and can basically understand Japanese. don't know. There are public bathrooms on each floor, but there are only a few public bathrooms on the first floor. Those who mind may not adapt.
