Booking system via trip.com is not established.
There are 3 phone numbers for the hotel, but nothing connects.
There is no contact for emergency contact.
10 minutes inside, I asked trip.com to respond and waited 25 minutes before calling from the hotel management side.
"I heard you can't check in," said a laughter behind me.
To be honest, the response from the inn management side is the worst.
"I should have sent you an email, but it's okay." (Response like this)
