On our way back to Northern Europe we stayed in that hotel. We arrived quite late and booked 2 roos for a family of 3 ... and a dog. Check-in was smooth and the receptionist very effective. I was surprised to see that we were able to get 2 rooms that communicated one with the other, while we did the reservation the same day of our arrival. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Located a couple of miles from the A10 highway, it is also close to a shopping center with several restaurants. Definitely a good option on you way to the South or back to the North.

Ibis Niort East Mendes is usually stop point for me 3 or 4 nights per year. The last 2 stays were very bad experiences. The last one in July 2022, i had a reservation for one room with two single beds (travelling with a family member). However the room made available had one bed for 2 guests. The reservation had been made ànd paid for one month in advance and in spite my complaints at the hotel reception, no other room was made available, or alternative offered. I was told that no other rooms were available and that my reservation had been dealt by an estagiare that did not pay enough attention to it when allocating the room type. This excuse by it self is already chocking. Also, being a silver member of the Accor fidelity card, a voucher for drinks should be offered, this was not the case.

Très bon hôtel pour déplacement professionnel, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre après une journée. Ou la commencer, avec la piscine intérieure à disposition. Et qui ouvre tôt le matin, de quoi aller faire quelques longueurs avant le petit déjeuner. Et à cette heure, elle est très tranquille. Le bassin est suffisant pour cela. Les chambres sont dans le standard des IBIS, rien à redire. Avec une bonne literie, bonne douche, etc. Pas de restaurant sur place, mais en indiquant que vous êtes à l'hôtel dans les restaurants du secteur, et en montrant la carte de chambre, vous pouvez disposer d'une remise de 10% sur la note. Petit plus très sympathique, sachant qu'ils sont facilement accessible à pieds.

Nous y sommes passés à l'occasion d'un petit périple mémoriel dans les deux-sèvres. Cet hôtel ne présente aucun défaut, qu'il s'agisse de la qualité irréprochable de la literie, de la présence d'une belle piscine couverte, et de son délicieux petit-déjeuner aux succulentes viennoiseries.

Hotel excentré en zone commerciale mais très agréable. Accueil chaleureux du nouveau directeur. Petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. Piscine bienvenue par ces temps chauds.
