Such a beautiful resort inside out. Located in a beautiful location with the mountain as the backdrop and lush green rice patty in front. Gives you that country feels with peaceful ambiance. Breakfast is great as well. The staffs was so accommodating and nice to our party of 8. Love the way they let you borrow the bicycles to bike to the Center of town . Swimming pool is beautiful at night with changing colorful lights. The resort is an attraction itself with beautiful landscaping. Our room have balcony overlook the pond , garden and the rice patty. Highly recommended this property. We will definitely come back!!!!. Thank you

The location is great, the room is good with a special mention to the bed, the breakfast is enjoyable especially the omelette, the swimming pools enjoyable despite the loud Vietnamese with their buoys… but everything is wasted by the service at the reception. Check-in was too cold and check-out was even worse asking us to pay for everything single item that was missing - the key, the laundry bag…

I chose this hotel for a special anniversary getaway and was impressed by the room’s design — modern, spacious, and stylish. However, the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before our arrival; there was visible dust in some areas and the floor hadn’t been properly mopped. I also requested an anniversary room setup, but it was done rather carelessly and didn’t meet expectations. The pool area could use more attention as well — the water wasn’t very clear and used towels were left out for quite a while before being picked up. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. With more focus on cleanliness and attention to detail, this hotel has great potential to offer a truly memorable experience.

The resort is beautiful and serene but I was very weary of the reviews I had read. I'm happy to report there were no extra charges on our room, they allowed us to check in early, and gave us an extra hour to check out. So, we were very pleased. The best part of it was a surprise hot indoor spa pool that I hadn't seen in the photos of the resort. The pool was chilly and refreshing and it really hit the stop to jump into the heated spa afterwards. The breakfast was just ok. Our room was spacious and the water pressure of the shower was great. We didn't get the rooms on the water because they only come with a king bed and we thought they may have more of a mosquito issue. The walk to town was about 15 minutes. This hotel is also available with your Chase rewards points.

Great location. Beautiful landscapes. Quiet, beautiful place to rest and to explore area… bathroom design can be better, so are lightings in the room and breakfast. The resort has free bicycles for guests to bike around, cool offering ! The staffs are friendly and helpful.

“Tranquil retreat ” Is exactly as in photographs. Very picturesque and welcoming. Staff at reception exceptionally helpful after we arrived early in the morning from a 15 hour train journey. Stayed in a well designed room next to the small river and overlooking rice fields. Greatly enjoyed the comfort. Breakfast was good. & varied. Town and main ticket office to begin the famous boat tour in reasonable walking distance - bicycles available for those who prefer. Very highly recommended. Perfect for tourists and also would make a good venue for those wanting to hold work retreat/meetings as not that far from Hanoi.

A perfect blend of luxury and nature! The resort offers stunning views, spacious rooms, and excellent service. The food is delicious, and the facilities—pool, spa, make for a relaxing stay. Great location for exploring Trang An and Tam Coc. Highly recommended!
